This is a FANTASTIC Hotel for price-quality, I have to say that some of the best places I have been while travelling. 100% recommended. If I ever come back I will stay here for sure. No noise, clean, good service, near to buses, metro, etc. there's a 24h/7 store just next to Hotel's entrance. They also offer a good money exchange service, and amazing Fitness space.

The area it was in was really great and the proximity to train stations was convenient. Loved how much interesting stuff was within a walking distance and the buffet breakfast was excellent.

The actual location of the hotel sits at this crazy busy intersection that is just not a vibe. Walking distance to and from lots of awesome stuff and two main train stations but that intersection was wild and continually disheartening. Also hotel is a bit old. Nothing terrible but but nothing exciting either.

the staff were extremely friendly and respectful and helpful. the location of the hotel was very nice. close to asiad stadium and magnate cafe and even lotte department store (through bus) i didnt see much restaurants or cafes around but it’s really close to the bus station and the subway and you can commute around so easily so i absolutely loved the location. a mini mart right downstairs too. my absolute favorite part was the lighted mirror in the bathroom it was the best i had ever seen for getting ready and doing your makeup etc.. sockets right next to the bed, and enough space in the room for 2 suitcases and to walk around still. even the cleaning staff were so sweet. I enjoyed everything thank you so much.

The view from our room was fantastic. The check in was simple and easy and the connection to public transportation is close-by.

There was no proper signage on where it is allowed to smoke. Maybe the staff could be informed where it is allowed as many tourists do smoke and locals smokenin places it may not be allowed.

A large hotel in a skyscraper, nice views over the city. Close the a subway and a mini 24h supermarket. Clean and comfortable. Umbrellas can be borrowed.

Nothing for sightseeing in a walkable distance, but the subway is close. No laundry service.

Location, breakfast and stuff.

Concierge isn’t available when I arrived 🥲. The sky restaurant don’t have a service at all.. I went there and they gave me the menu but no one has came to take my order! They saw me when I ask for someone to take me order but no one is care!

The rooms were spacious, comfortable and really clean. The breakfast was very nice, although it is expensive on top of the room price.

It's close to subway stations, but there isn't much around the hotel in terms of restaurants. It's a pity breakfast isn't included in the price as it does make your stay pretty expensive.

I think is the best hotel I ever stayed in Asia. Great location close to underground and bus stops (few minutes to Seomyeon by underground). The room was extra clean, really big and with great views (in my case, 21th floor). The bathroom is glorious. You must enjoy a beer or a dinner at the roof top lounge (36th floor). Breakfast was great, with korean and western food.

Absolutely nothing

I liked how comfortable and clean the room was. The staff was amazing and helpful as well !

The only thing i didn't like was that we didn't have a smart tv in the room. At night we couldn't watch anything interesting on the TV. The channels available just play the same thing over and over again.

Lovely large room with a great view and very comfortable bed. Very modern decor and felt like a luxury hotel. There was an iron which was a bonus as most hotels don’t give one. Fairly close to a subway in what felt like quiet area.

Breakfast was very expensive if you didn’t book in advance and there isn’t much of you don’t want Korean food so probably isn’t worth the money.
