The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. The room were so clean and spotless. The food was great especially breakfast. Room service was awesome

Provide guests with more drinking water. Make the guests aware of monkeys around the area, cause our food were eaten by them. Anyway it was our fault because we forgot to close the sliding door but in future keep that in mind about the monkeys

The staff is good, security is top. Breakfast is really good. We were welcomed even if we were late for check in. Generally, the place is beautiful, clean and friendly.

We were placed by the manager in the wrong room when we arrived. No fridge in the room we booked but when we booked the room it showed that the room has a fridge. Not child friendly.

The location was perfect, the yard 👌, the security personnel were extremely professional 👏 and the bar tender very respectful and humble. My kids really enjoyed and loved everything about breakfast 😍 time.

The TV channel 🥲 absolute torture 😫

It's a great place for families traveling together with kids. My family loved it. The staff was attentive . Kids could play and have fun. The place was neat.

The rooms could do with a little improvement, the carpet and furniture are a little dated, but all is well kept. Maybe a bar fridge in the rooms too

it’s good but just needs some attention on maintainers, but other than that everything is excellent. ur stuff are the best so far.

I didn't like the shower as the tile was the normal floor tile,and once you step on water,it's slippery .I had to hold on to the soap rack to stop myself from falling and injuring myself.I did complain to the receptionist when I was checking out.

The two single bed to make a double bed is very wrong not comfortable at all The TV not having enough channels

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We actually had a hike and were supposed to drive back to Johannesburg after the hike. We were too tired and the establishment was able to accommodate us at short notice. The staff was willing to cater to our needs. We had nothing with us and they gave us extra toiletries and towels.

Nothing, I enjoyed my stay there

I enjoyed my stay. I was happy with the rate I got online and the room I was allocated to was clean.We had a good resting Time at safari and I would like to thank your front desk (Lebo❤) she made it possible for us to feel at home by serving us all the time in our room and good her good service. We also thank chefs who was preparing breakfast it was lovely. Please in future take care of the gardening is a mess.

The room was spacious, clean with aircon, and beautifully designed. Breakfast was delicious with variety of food to choose from.
