Premier Hotel The Richards

The room was fine, clean but just the linen is a bit old. Breakfast was edible. The house keeper ensured that the room is clean all the time. Very friendly staff from reception, dining area, housekeepers, security...

The towels are very old to be used in a hotel facility. The airconditioner was not properly functioning , very old as well as the fridge was very old.

Staff was very welcoming and helpful., room was clean with comfortable beds,breakfast was supperb. I felt at home and treated with respect. Parking close to the Reception. The hotel entrance is wheel chair friendly.The Area/surroundings was also perfect.I would definately go there again.

I t would have been nice if theere was a heated pool, for colder days. I understand this could be an exception because the Richards bay is very hot. There was no treadmill at the gym to accomodate cardio people , the hotel may need to have a variety of gym equipment

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room were clean and daily service was excellent. The availability of sanitizers in public areas and deep cleaning of rooms daily made one feel safe. The lounge was peaceful playing soft beautiful music. The place is close to all amenities - Inkwazi mall, pelican island, the Harbour and the beach.

One of the rooms booked had an aircon that was not effective and the boys ended up spending most time in my room. The gym on the advert had treadmills but not even one was at the hotel gym.

Disappointed cos I was willing to add but there was no space.

When the receptionist did not want to consider the response allowing me to make changes on my bookings dates. Even today I never received email saying I will be able to use the money when I'm coming back as they promised.

The Breakfast was great but needs to add more of choices , its too limited

There was No fridge n Microwave in the room The Aircon wasn't working properly There was No extra blanket and we were feeling cold The Noise from the Guest in other rooms The house keeping Ladies Noise in the morning ai ai ai

The staff was very friendly and i was warmly welcomed. The hotel facilities exceptionally good. The place is clean, lot of parking area.

The ala carte menu i ordered really put me off. i was served old hard chicken. I sent it back but i was given the same hard hard, tasteless chicken. Breakfast was good, except for the eggs.

The friendly staff took care of my stay. From the reception, kitchen and maintainance guy. Thank you 😊

Standard room has no refrigerator and my diabetes medication has to stay chilled all the time so this was rather inconvenient

Tastefully furnished room with good light and features, giving the room a "plush" feel. Comfortable bed, full bathroom, adequate work space (desk), with the room feeling spacious.

Hotel restaurant very expensive both for dinner and breakfast.

10 out of 10 to the staff at Premier Hotel Richards Bay..From the receptionist who greeeted us with a smile on her face to the porter helping us with the bags and the breakfast team the next day...we were made to feel welcome. Thank you for that. In any establishment its the staff that makes the success of an establishment..Well done to them!

Nothing much not to like..There were agroup of partygoers that were a bit noisy but this was not a reflection on the hotel..

Highly professional staff.. Very patient & quick with replies & emails m. Londi Bhengu the best with reservations, listening. Patient, emphathetic, kind & honest with promises.
