Room is big and bathroom is also comfortable with a big shower. There's coffee with a kettle and a fridge and a microwave, suitable for self catering. Quiet area and easy to get to the main roads.Ample parking and secure for your car.Staff was always friendly and on site. Good value for money, will stay there again if needed.

Maybe put some forks and knifes as there were only teaspoons. I suppose I could've asked but I had a plastic fork and knife and that was enough.

2nd time staying here. This time we spent time with family and friens for the rugby final and did not want to drive back home at that time of the night. Very good value for money. It was clean and the beds were good. Quiet area. Our room was spacious. We were 3 adults. They also have big sparkling slimming pool with a braai and oven, as well as a gas braai. You also have free WiFi and TV channels. If you want luxury, it is not the place for you. If you need budget accomodation this is a 10/10. Staff were also friendly.

Is was quite hot in the room. No aircon, but a fan. A bucket with a cloth, some soap and drying cloth to wash dishes would be nice. Rearrange the room to add a bedside table next to the single bed? But again, at the price these are really not deal breakers.

The Purple Olive Guest House was just what we wanted and very conveniently located. Value for money and not too far from the large shopping centers. The staff is absolutely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist where possible. There are also the added benefits of parking on the premises, generator power during loadshedding. Compared to other guest houses in the same vicinity of Wonderboom, Pretoria, POGH is in my opinion rated by far the best.

The staff members are very accommodative and friendly. The setup of the rooms, outdoor area and the reception is excellent. The place is not far from Wonderboom Junction mall and other restaurants around the area. MY FAMILY WAS VERY IMPRESSED.

There is nothing I didn't like considering the price one has to pay in order to stay there. I'll really be doing the guest house injustice if I complain about anything because there is just nothing to complain about.

My third time at the place and I absolutely loved how clean and quiet the place is. The staff is very friendly and there was zero hassle with checking in as I had asked for an earlier check in time

The shower of the room I was it, it had a curtain which let all the water out during shower time. The whole bathroom floor was filled with water.

The place is so quiet and peaceful. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Their rooms are always clean and smelling nice. In times of loadshedding they have generator so that you don't feel it. I will be happy to come back to this place again because it is a great place to be.

The place is quite and rooms very clean. The Netflix, wifi and staff were friendly. The room had fridge and microwave for convinience. M definetly comin back

Because of my OCD, I wanted a room that has only one bed. Otherwise, I loved everything.

The hostess was very kind. She welcomed us and made us feel at home. My kids loved the pool. The room was also nice and clean.

It was a struggle to close the sliding door but we managed. Maybe they can look at replacing or fixing it

The arrival was very nice and staff was very welcoming. Our bedroom was very nice, comfortable and clean LOVVVVED the aircon. Definitely value for money should you spend time there unfortunately we checked in late and checked out early.

There was no water in the bedroom fridge. There was two glases however we had to drink water from the bathroom tap. When we checked out we asked them where do we get our breakfast they looked at each other very confused and unsure...but the quickly got together and prepared us a breakfast.

The comfortable room

Someone opened our door while we were sleeping ,had to scream to make them aware that we could hear them and I could not sleep afterwards thinking they might come back and we made sure before we slept that the door was locked so it made me really worried. They should also think of adding an iron and ironing board in the rooms and a variety of choice for their tea and coffee in the rooms and at least more towels.
