Location was decent, Wifi fast.

Cooked part or the breakfast was cold and dry. It gets cooked early and left out.

Great bed, great beddings. The desk was quite nice, with easy accessible power sockets. The breakfast was good and affordable. The variaty was not great, but it tasted good. The shower was big but poorly designed. The staff was great. 10/10 for the people working there! Good internet connection! Great location!

All lamps were unplugged. All bulbs were unscrewed. Poor quality lighs - of course, I can understand using low power lights, but I cannot understand using low quality bulbs. It just shows no thought was put into this. The shower, while the components were good quality, the installation was poor. First it was installed too low, so it was impossible to have the proper water flow if you are tall. The shower support rod was installed on the right instead of the left and the shower cabin was not 100% closed, it missed the door, so the water would just flow out of the shower cabin. This shows it was never tested.

The facilities were fine, the bed was comfortable and the private bathroom was what you’d expect. The location was perfect, 5 minutes walk to the historical centre where all the action is. The 24-hour reception was very good, considering we checked-out very early, and the staff seemed nice and ready to help with anything.

Two things. The first is that there was a molden wall in the room. The second requires a small story and might not happen to you at all, but it did happen to us. So, because the room did not have a hairdryer, we requested one at the reception and got it shortly after. When trying to use it, it started overheating and producing a lot of black smoke. We stopped it quickly and didn’t use it again, but the entire thing was a bit frustrating and it also made us feel kind of unsafe.

Very friendly and helpful staff in the hotel, the place is easy to find and not very far from the city center, everything is in a few minutes of walk away. There is a lift inside to reach upper floors. The room itself was big and comfortable, in bathroom there was a shower and the bath too, it was great because we needed a lot to relax after a travel. Good internet connection.

The only thing that affected a little our stay was the soundproofing: for me it was okay but my boyfriend couldn't fall asleep for some time because he heard our neighbors. Again, I didn't notice it because I was very sleepy))

The room was really spacious. There were basically 2 rooms - a bedroom and a living room with a good couch. Nice location, clean and quiet. Helpful staff. We didn't take breakfast, so I can't comment on that. A big bonus was that we were allowed to leave our baggage in a storage room for a few hours before going to the airport.

A bottle of water would be great to have in the room. The conditioners worked (there were 2 of them), but the air was still a little stuffy.

Very large apartment. Separate living room and bedroom. Large, spacious bathroom. Provided showel gel and shampoo. Bedroom had large and comfortable bed. Dogs friendly. Pets fee 5€ / night. Friendly staff. Free parking for 5-6 cars, plus optional garage parking. City center 5min away by walking. There was decent size fridge. Comfortable sofa in living room. Also there is town tourist fee 3€ / night. I would probably stay here again. Looks good value for money.

Pillows are really large and not comfortable to sleep. Bedroom AC didn’t had remote or wasn’t working. Quite small TV for such large apartment.

Staff was kind and the position of the hotel was close enough to the city center. The hotel has parking and offers breakfast (a passable one).

Hotel seemed not so well maintain, there was wallpaper peeling off the walls. The room was cold when we took it, we needed a few hours to warm it to a more manageable temperature for the children.

Asked receiption at 10am in morning if possible to check in before 2pm. Arrived at location at 11 and been told I can't check in before 2pm. I had to leave my stuff there, and walk around. Overall the lady on arrival was very friendly.

No lights on floor 1 at night, for persons who's scared can be a little difficult to leave the room in the total darkness.

The room was very big. The receptionist did upgrade room that I booked before, with the same price and it was wonderful. The bathroom was working well and AC was also working well. The bed and sofa were comfortable. The location is also nice, not far from centrum and Kosice stanica (railway and bus station)

Clean and quite place, within walking distance from the downtown. Wifi very good included in room's price. Comfy bed. Friendly personnel. No room service after or restaurant open after 21:00 but there are several good places around.

Better illumination during night would help.
