Super host who does everything for you! Rooms amazing for the price, excellent breakfast, best rides with the hotel service car. And available almost 24/7 for us! The best place to stay at belgrad! We loved it!

The hotel is close to the airport and that's why we have chosen it in the last day of our travel. They offer airport shuttle in exchange for a fee and we took the bus 72 instead in order to reach to airport (and also to reach the hotel from the city center with bus 72). The stop is just in front of the hotel. The room was very clean and it has a small kitchen. Breakfast had lots of options with variety of pastries and meat products.

Hotel contacted us before our travel to notify us some charges for early check-in and late check-out. The charges was not that small for us so we tried to arrange our check-in hour for the specified range.

The room was spacious, clean, and warm, the bed was really comfy!! Located close to the airport and New Belgrade with a couple of restaurants and a supermarket within 500-600m from the apartments. You can tell the quality of a place by the way the staff acts and I must commend the staff here for being super helpful always smiling and friendly! I would highly recommend and will definatly be staying here again on my future trips to Belgrade.

To be honest I had no issues at all with the room and was more than happy with everything on this trip. If i really had to cherry pick on something maybe one of the wall plugs that was loose...:D

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly, we asked for an iron and they provided it for us the next day. There was a lot of storage space for luggage. The kitchen was big and well equipped although we did not use it much (we did not cook). The air-conditioning worked very well and although we were close to the airport you could not hear anything from the outside when the windows were closed.

The bathroom style looked a little older compared to the kitchen/ bedroom. There is no elevator and you have to carry your luggage up to the room.

Easy check-in. They let me keep my bicycle in the basement. The front desk guy helped me use the bus. There is a new payment system for the bus which locals use by paying with their phone accounts/credit. It makes it hard for tourists to pay for tickets as kiosks which sell bus tickets are becoming rare. Multiple locals told me it is an issue that needs to be solved. The front desk guy bought a bus ticket for me through his phone and forwarded me the confirmation in case the transit police were on the bus asking for proof of payment.

Rooms were modern, spacious and clean. Air-conditioning worked well considering how large the living room was which was welcomed in the heat!! Receptionist was lovely and welcoming and extremely helpful. Bonus was the airport transfer which was arranged for me. Driver was incredibly kind and friendly (even after landing with 1hr delay). Van was exceptionally tidy. I will definitely be staying again.

Gym equipment isn't maintained well and no aircon in gym but free weights and smith machine in good working order.

Really helpful staff and everything worked in the apartment. I had all I needed to live comfortably for the week.

Only issue was getting soap replaced that ran out during the stay. I reported it, but I left before the dispenser was refilled. Very minor issue.

I loved the place and would stay there if I ever were in the area. We were driving from Romania to Spain and on the way we stopped here for a night before we moved on in the morning. The place was perfectly located so that we don't have to enter Belgrade or go off our route much. In the morning, we just continued towards airport direction and just entered on the highway, perfect for us. I traveled with my little dog and he was very welcomed there. The room was clean and cozy, everything worked perfectly, it was very warm and pleasant as it was quite chilly outside. The room had a kitchinette area with all that you needed for even a longer stay (plates, cutlery etc) The aparthotel was easy to find and has a private parking place (with cameras) just behind the building. Right next to the parking place is a green area like a little park where I could walk my dog when we arrived late in the evening and also early morning when we left, so I didn't have to go anywhere else for his walk. Might not be enough for a big dog, but for a small or medium breed is perfect. The man at the reception was very welcoming, very friendly and pleasant. I asked for a coffee in the morning and they brought it to as in the room, which was very nice. They were very nice, I'd definitely stop there again!

Beautiful, big room with balcony, very clean and in good conditions. Parking lot with plenty of space on the back of the hotel, hidden from the public road and safe. Great people working there, helpful and welcoming.

Bathroom was fine but not up to par with the rest of the room (absolutely not bad though). A minor inconvenience with the door of the room that got stuck, promptly resolved with the help of the very nice staff.
