Lovely manager Ahmed. Friendly staff and accommodating to our travel plans.

Smell of drains wasn’t pleasant in the hotel bathroom and was also quite dirty. Parts of the room was dated . AC also smelt.

Everything it is perfect hotel, will keep booking in it every time i come to jeddah. For breakfast, they have a live cooking chef, she will do omelet for you, it was one of the best omelets i have ever had in my life, really i salute you Miss for your cooks 👍

The neighborhood is noise, a lot of people outside they were singing and drifting at 2 am, it was unpleasant at all and couldn't sleep easily Shower facility need to be updated with something more easier to be used

Room was BIG, Breakfast was very nice and freash and the chef seems to be proffessional, bed was kind of comfy, clean bathroom, the stay included so many stuff (breakfast, GYM, kids area, swimming pool) for the price of a normal stay. Staff were nice and helpful, chefs in the dining area were good also.

Missing or low quality complementry items, food menu was huge but everything wasn't available, the smell of wood with the humid is bad, the room smelled like a bathroom each time I leave and come back, the furnitare is good but needs proper cleaning in some parts. Pool wasn't that great and looked smaller than the pictures, specially the facility around it needed maintanance (Jacuzzi), but it was a good swimming pool.

all the staff were great, informative, and always helpful . breakfast was very good- many selections, clean, and comfortable dining area. English was spoken by most staff. also as an American I felt very comfortable staying there. easy walking distance to many restaurants with great sunset and King Fahad’s fountain views. very safe area and place.

a staff member sealed the shower base after mentioning the leak. however given the nature of how the shower floor was graded, water still leaked into the toilet area although it was much better after resealing.

location is very good, near to many touristic places, near to the beach, restaurants and coffees, even you don’t need a car to reach them. all receptionists were very kind, helpful and always in a very good mood. they solve any problem immediately. breakfast was delicious, well organised. Mr Mahmood (the manager) was so kind, welcoming, always asking if something messed, thank Mr Mahmood for the all kinds word. about parking: there are plenty of secured tickets places to park.

the outside windows need to be cleaned.

Strategic location that not far from Jeddah Water Front@Water Fountain 4.Faster check in and check out and good respond from hotel staff to any quiry 5. Room service Menu good and tasted good. 6 Food & Beverage provided are good and The staff such as Mr Yusoff Egyptian F & B Supervisor there are very excellent in entertained guess during our breakfast

For covered Some guess parked the car improper such as didn't follow the parking box provided

Exceptionally friendly and efficient staff, welcomed with cake and coffee! Very happy for us to stay after breakfast closed to work in. Size and comfort of room excellent. Will return.

Disappointed I couldn't use the pool as a female, and didn't see that obviously when booking. Gym needs new equipment and a clean. Other than that, all good.

Spacious and fairly clean. Next to you is a grocery shop, a barber, and a dry cleaner. It's also quite that they put you away from floors where there are families with kids.

The building is very cold as the air-conditioned units are set at very low Temps. They keep forgetting to clean the room despite that o have stayed there for 4 nights.

very spacious and well appointed rooms. they are exactly as pictured staff is very friendly and offered to send free coffee to the room one night while I was watching the World Cup game. they always greeted us as we came and went and were interested in making our stay comfortable location is pretty good, but as many areas of the city not particularly walkable

gym is tiny and lacking basic equipment

Its a nice hotel, their breakfast is nice as well with good variety of food items. They gave us a complimentary dinner buffet as well which had very nice dishes. Overall the stay was good as its near to south of Jeddah and easier for me to access the work location.

Its a old hotel and surrounding areas are a bit old compared to newer parts of Jeddah.
