Ramada by Wyndham Al Khobar

Very good value for the room (junior executive suite), so lots of space compared to other similar hotels. Convenient location to drive to in Khobar. Decent breakfast. Bathroom had a bath as well as a good hot shower.

Only one towel when arrived, and only one left after cleaners had been! Housekeeping slow to bring up extra towels. Room had microwave, but no crockery or cutlery Fresh water bottles not provided daily. Limited restaurants in walking distance. Not enough electric sockets.

I was booked through booking.com for early check in and early check out. and the cost was showing 357.00, Unfortunately they ask money for early check in and I payed 570.82sr. Check in 5.30 AM and check out 8.30pm the same day.(21 June 2021) which is not comfortable at all.

Excellent rate on booking.com for an upgraded room, comfortable room and great location near corniche for a short trip, the two men at reception were excellent (did not catch names, on duty at 9pm on the night of Friday 29 December) and very helpful.

The decor / rooms are starting to show their age but the bed and pillows were so comfy, slept well!

Maybe the spread was smaller than in other comparable KSA hotels but had complete range of breakfast foods and well presented. Omelets made to order also. Front desk staff particularly well-informed Mohammad in the evenings made a great impression.

Was pleasantly surprised by the size of the rooms. Only difficulty was in doing hand laundry in the bathroom for lack of plastic pail equivalent.

Not the first visit. It’s a must if l’m visiting Khobar. very clean and quiet place to stay in.

The elevator was not working properly. I waited for 10 minutes to take it but couldn’t. I used the emergency exit and luckily I was staying in the second floor. Sometimes both are working and sometimes only one.

Receptionist Ms. Raghad services were excellent. She was very helpful I was in Saudi first time and she helped me lot as a new comer Nice Hotel, But Room Size too Small

In the city center of Al Khobar city, every thing around you

Need more staff in the reception as I faced arriving of more than 12 persons in the same time, I would like to thanks staff at the reception for their patience and nice smile

The location and hotel staff was good only the receptionist was very helpful and great men mr Mohammad fahad

The cleanness of room and bathroom was not that much clean and neat m, was so old style and furniture was normal

The staff were very attentive, friendly and polite. Spoke English which was great considering my Arabic isn't good. The room I was given was substantially quiet I had a peaceful nights rest (no screaming kids thank God).

The bell boy should be given a uniform to represent the hotel and a name badge. I wasn't sure if he was from the hotel by his appearance he didn't have a badge nor a uniform so I was a little skeptical about handing my belongings to him from my vehicle. The hand held bidet in the bathroom was leaking so my bathroom floor was flooded. Which I had to use the towels to soak it up. I did ask them to send someone to have a look at it but was the same when I returned.

Really good location. The room smelled amazing and the toilet was very clean. All the staff was very nice especially the housekeeping! They are doing their job properly.

Internet kept disconnecting and was very slow. The hotel doesn't have proper coverage of Wifi. The parking is difficult to squeeze in a car. Requires an expert to maneuver through the parking
