Very nice hotel in the city centre. The staff was very helpful. All the receptionists spoke good English and were always very helpful. I used the hotel's laundry service and they did everything to a tee (laundry, ironing, washing to a certain temperature for some clothes). Also, the technicians were available (I needed to fix something in the bathroom and it was done in about an hour, even though it was a weekend). Also, the hotel breakfast was acceptably good and there was a hotel restaurant available on all days.

It should be noted that due to the central location on the main road, there is noise even at night (although the rooms have well soundproofed windows). Most of the staff in the restaurant do not speak English (fortunately the menu is translated).

Great location, right in the center of town. For my business purposes it was just great. Very friendly staff, large spaces even gym. Well soundproofed windows, courtesy kit, mini bar, even fresh fruit in room. Great free parking in front of hotel. In the immediate vicinity there are restaurants, shops, cafes, pharmacy. I didn't have breakfast so I can't give feedback on this service

Rooms a little older, with the mochete a bit dirty. Lacked hot water at evening hours. The lights in the room were a bit dim but it wasn't necessarily a minus

last time it was a mess because of the shower with low pressure and no hot water, but this time they upgraded me to an executive apartment which was perfect with comfortable bed and hot pressure shower excellent after a hard day working

breakfast is boring, staff is unable to communicate properly in English, the restaurant is using more and more frozen products and the meals are below average compared to years before when it was quite good

The bed was very good and the room very clean and spacious.

Breakfast was good, but I've missed sparkling water. And maybe more sorts of yoghurt.

The hotel is very well placed in the heart of the city, allowing for seamless connections to basically everything in Ploiești. It was nice to see the hotel hosted an international chess competition for young students(see photos). Noisy chaps but lots of fun :-). Excellent staff and very forthcoming. We stayed for 9 nights, so we had enough time to build a solid impression.

‏- There is a telephone to communicate between the rooms and with the hotel ‏- Close to McDonald's and Pizza Hut ‏- Next to a shopping mall ‏- The street is very beautiful ‏- Thank you for the hospitality of the hotel, as some fruits were placed in the room, but they were old and not good. ‏- There is a refrigerator ‏- There is un electric cuttle. ‏- There is a toaster ‏ -Thanks for putting two bottles of drinking water in the room. ‏ There is a locker The hotel is in an excellent location, and there is a car park front the hotel , and it was free. The reception is excellent

- The lighting of the rooms is very dim -There is no carry-on baggage service -it will be more comfortable if you provide toilet with bidet.

Elegance, clean, fine rooms, great bed, fridge, balcony y so central and great view!!!! Then personal great. Kind, polite, helping. Food e excellent, restaurants perfect and I like the Berbecu band singers.

Parking was a little wired, Everywhere busy and taken. I had to.park in the inner yard in a space for electric cars, so I was afraid I will get a ticket, but in the end was really safe. Actually was safer than by the main street.

Staff is polite and very helpful, location excellent, rooms spacious and clean (executive and business executive), beds clean and generous, furniture simple and functional.

Room could be cleaned more often. Bathrooms are functional but dated and sometimes have faulty bits. Some radiators are on regardless the control position. Breakfast is a bit uninspiring.

Everything was good, it was a nice stay during Christmas holidays with the city lights in the center of the city. Big room, clean, very good bed.

Some of the furniture seems cheap and could be changed.

Great location in the centre, nice view on the main boulevard, clean room, comfortable bed, good breakfast. Very polite and professional staff.
