Venue Hotel

location was convenient to katong I12 and East Coast. room was clean and bed was comfortable. you don’t need to worries for food, cafe, bar and restaurant was just below the hotel. there are so many choices to choose. overall was good.

Breakfast is just right opposite the hotel, there is a stall in the corner restaurant, and Dunman Food court is right at the back of it. Most shops at Dunman open after 8 am, and the stalls open around 7.30 am.

bus to MRT station can be inconvenient and if possible, a bus to the nearest MRT.

The hotel area is vibrant with lots of expats, great food, near a Catholic church, and a few other churches. Overall a great area. Oh and it's near East Coast Park. The bus service was fantastic and there were a few malls nearby like Katong and Parkway Parade.

The room doesn't have a window making it gloomy. The taxi drop off point was not properly allocated. It's a tight one car lane in front so the cab cannot stop for long. It would be good to allow guests to enter or exit from the back door with a more safe pick up location. Not too stressful for the driver and guests as cars behind the cab tend to get impatient.

It's clean and modern, with good AC and wifi, a good bathroom, helpful front desk, They allowed a later check-out after we checked in at 1am. They can call a taxi for you, but on a Saturday noon it was a mission impossible to get one (to the airport) - super stressful.

Be aware that the location is near nothing important - you will need taxis wherever you go. Can get jammed in a way that may cause you to miss your flight, take some extra time in your calculation. The room was small with no window - but that can be fixed if you pay more. I did not find it great value for money.

Great city location, very welcoming professionnel efficient and helpful staff. The room was simple, with basic complimentary toiletries. The beds were mattresses, on an elevated flatform, were very comfortable.. A very good place for a short stay.

The main lights in the room couldn't be turned off separately and could only be turned off by removing the card key from the wall. That meant that all other lights and olugs were also switched off. No doubt it's an efficient way to ensure electricity isn't wasted though a strange arrangement as once the key card was out, it meant the room had no electricity at all

I liked that the hotel was very nice and clean. The receptionists were very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the wifi was pretty good. I liked the location and it was very easy for taxis to find to pick me up.

I did not like that the toilet was so close to the shower. A bigger person would not be able to sit comfortably without having their knees jammed into the shower wall. I am 5'8" and my knees were touching the shower wall when I sat down on the toilet. I also did not like that the windows in the room were boarded up.

Locality near Geylang serai, lots of food outlets around vacinity

No window, insufficient pillows and no bolster, blanket materials feel a bit cold affected by room temperature...WC cover about time to be replaced, room abit small, lobby not enough sofas to sit around, cleanliness of floor felt a bit sticky, tv channel limited with several channel with no ip address or no signal, party wall not fully sound proof disturb by activity at adjacent room

Location: Strategic as it is located near a shopping mall, nightlife bars & eateries. Staff: Professional & friendly. Service was fast too. Room: Cosy, comfortable, romantic & elegant. Money: Value for money. Recommendation: Highly recommended.

Toilet: Small and the items are quite aged. Able to see the wear and tear on it. There is no bidet or water hose spray therefore, have to use the toilet rolls provided. Overall, it was good. 4 out of 5.

The lady at reception was so helpful. Asked for an iron and she brought it up 5 minutes later. I travel a lot and that is so rare, so very happy with how helpful she was. When I was in the grab taxi the driver said you have chosen a really good area and she was so right. I was just on a one night stay between flights and so many restaurants in this street and right next door is a small supermarket with everything you could need with even fruit and vegetables and most importantly - beer. And to and from airport about 20 minutes.

Hi, I specially liked the staff who was very pleasant, polite, efficient and helpful with me when I needed. I enjoyed the location for the restaurants around and the gym facility in Paya Lebar. I enjoyed the room that was given to me.

If I had only one thing to say is the room size is a little bit small for long stay with luggage. Hard to find a place to put the luggage without bothering the cleaning personnel.
