The Capsule Hotel's location couldn't have been better. It was conveniently situated in a prime Arab Street area, making it easy for us to explore the city and access various attractions. The hotel was also incredibly easy to find, thanks to its prominent signage and clear directions provided beforehand. This aspect certainly added to the convenience of our stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly and attentive staff who promptly checked us in and provided us with all the necessary information. The overall service was efficient and professional, leaving us with a positive first impression.

The opening time at 11:30am was quite late... We were not expecting to check-in at that time but wanted to leave our bags early in the morning which was not possible. Also, the age of the hotel became apparent as we noticed certain signs of wear and tear throughout the premises. While the facilities were generally clean, it was clear that some updates and renovations were needed to bring the hotel up to modern standards. The most significant drawback was the lack of soundproofing within the capsules. We were genuinely surprised by how much noise penetrated the walls, making it difficult to have a peaceful and uninterrupted sleep.

The location is just so perfect. It is very close to Arab Street where you will have a lot of restaurant choices. My most favorite part was it's just side to side with Arabica Coffee (this is my personal fave). Then, it also has great access to public transportation such as buses, and the subway.

The front office staff was quite racist to me as a person of color. When I entered the lobby, she didn't smile (flat and bitchy face) and didn't even give me a warm welcome. But when a white man and lady entered the lobby or maybe went down from their room to just ask her a simple question, she had them with a very smile and warm conversation. Then she went back at me with that flat and bitchy face again. I don't know if this act was intentional, but it happened again the next day when I was just asking about the towel replacement. Regardless of that, I had a nice day staying at this capsule hotel.

The space pods were really cool to stay in, and even though you shared the dorm, it felt like your own little room. Great location, with a 7/11 right next door. Everything was walkable and air con was amazing which was very needed!

Only one plug in the pod, we were only given one locker which was not great considering we had 3 bags between us. The space pods are also not sound proof, so you can hear everything. Although after a full day exploring you can sleep through anything!

property is right in the middle of it all, kept quiet inside though so no need to worry about street noise from the outside. there is a great coffee shop it’s attached to called %. and another one opposite with amazing pastries. the showers were incredibly hot if you wanted them to be. staff helped with every request. nice little rooftop which is great to bring a drink from the 7/11 next to the hotel.

There was no aircon in the pod, just two small fans in the corner attempting to intake air from the main room which was airconed. the beds/pods tend to creek with a slight movement because they are plastic. tbh we didn’t really have trouble with anything. for the price it’s great! the location makes up for the little things. just make sure you drink plenty of water ti keep hydrated through the night

Location. Haji Lane is just a minute walk. Near Bugis station. Near the bus stop going to Malaysia. Capsule experience. The bed and blanket inside the capsule were comfortable. Toilet and shower. Clean with soap and shampoo that smell so good. Late check in is allowed. The staff. They are reachable here in booking.com and you can ask them questions. Electricity outlet inside the capsule.

The stairs. We were assigned in 4th floor and we had 2 luggages. The handle in our capsule where we need to hold going up was broken and it’s making noise when you hold it. Moving inside the capsule can also make loud noises when you hit it’s wall. Unlike other capsule we have been, the one we had here has the door opening on the side which we realize was hard especially for a big man. Internet was sometimes getting slow which is a hassle when you are working. I am not sure if there is a lounge area where you can sit and work.

This is truly the perfect place to stay in Singapore. The staff were very very friendly and helpful, the location is just excellent - right near all the areas we wanted to see and very easy to travel to Marina Bay, Gardens by the Bay, and everywhere else we went. The facilities are everything you could need and for the price I would definitely choose Met A Space Pod again on our next visit.

Only a couple of things we noticed - the hair dryer didn’t seem to ever work when I went to use it, the pod itself could do with some repairs (crack on side, loose handrail, and broken stair). Also this may have been us doing something wrong but we stayed for over a week and our bedding was never changed. However, we got fresh towels whenever we asked for them and these things were never a problem for us.

The location is very strategic. Less than 3 minutes of walk to the Sultan Mosque and can access a lot of halal places within 200 meters. There is a vending machine right next to the back door that can use debit/credit card, QR code, or cash which is very convenient. There is also a 7-Eleven that opens for 24 hours. Sim card, qucik meal, wall power plug adapter and the other basic stuffs are available here. The place is not so close to the MRT Bugis station. The closest public transport option is a bus which is located behind the Sultan Mosque. The other option is by renting a bike, AnyWheel. It is located behind the block and it cost 3 SGD for the first 30 minutes using in-app wallet credit. The room is very clean and no smelly odors. The alley between the cubicles is very wide and there is a wall hanger in front of each cubicles to place the towel. The pod itself is also very good. The door is using a key card and automatically locked. Just like a common hotel room, the electricity of the pod can be activated by inserting the key card into the designated slot. The width of the pod is pretty standard, probably around 120cm, while the height is very spacious. A universal power outlet is provided right next to the bed, not attached to the pod, but only has one plug with one USB A and one USB C. The pod has three source of lights. One is behind the big mirror, one on the ceiling, and two reading lights. All of the lights can be controlled using the control panel attached into the pod. The pod can dampen sound quite well, so it's not too noisy inside the pod. The locker is quite spacious and use the same key card that is used to open the pod. A 20 inch luggage can fit very easily and still has some spaces. The lower part of the locker can fit a small-to-medium backpack. The bathroom is also very clean, spacious, and has hot water. They provide a liquid body wash and also a shampoo. They also provide bidet in every cubicle.

The location of the place is quite far frrom the MRT Bugis station. They don't have a lift, so carrying a big and heavy luggage might be a bit troublesome.

The location is great! And the facilities were quite clean. I am a bit claustrophobic, so capsule hotels may not be the best option for me. But couples get the big capsules at the end of the aisle, which gave us some privacy and allowed us to keep the door a bit open.

Some people made loud and scary sounds during a couple of nights and the staff could not do anything about it. One evening we saw a cute little mouse running inside the building (but never in the sleeping area). Reception hours in the morning are a bit late (11am) which can be not very convenient if you wake up early.

Great location, I liked the area, actually nicer than Little India and Chinatown, in my opinion. Bed was comfortable, shower worked well. The price was one of the cheapest for Singapore. You could regulate the aircon/fan inside the capsule. I am usually really cold when people set the aircon, so this was ideal for me. Very cosy duvet, two pillows provided and a towel for no extra cost.

Check in after 3 pm is quite late but I was allowed to leave my luggage. There was no shower curtain so the toilet got wet. It was the same space for shower and toilet, it would be better separated or at least with a curtain (they did have the rod and a sign that said close the curtain if you don´t want a wet toilet). This was so in all the toilets in the room. Tab water is safe to drink but the taste is bad. It would be a plus to have a dispenser with hot and cold water, even if they charged you a little to refill the bottle, it would save from buying more plastic bottles. There was no elevator and rooms started from 2nd floor up, not good for carrying up your luggage.
