Water filter with unlimited water supply was a really cool thing. Having a working space at the reception was really nice too

The room didn't have hot water in the shower. They tried to fix it during my stay but managed to make it just slightly warmer comparing to the initial cold temperature. Also the Internet connection was on a weaker side

Things look new. Staff is so helpful.

On the ground floor, It is easier for guests if you have a small sign to say the reception or check in counter on second floor.

The garden terrace & sanctuary is kind of neat. The endless drinking water supply is also so welcoming.

The view I got was of the main road. And kind of sad that their TV does not showcase any of the World Cup channels.

We had a great stay at Citadines Connect, we chose the location for its proximity to our daughter’s flat, but it was also well situated for transport links to enable travel around Singapore with a bus stop outside and the MRT station a short walk away. Also close to the Star Vista Mall and places to eat. Rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and a great bathroom. The staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful and we even got to share the lift with the robot on one occasion!

This place is beautiful, in a leafy garden location, with great facilities, comfy bed and good pillows. There is a great mall within walking distance with a great selection of Asian foods, with a few Western Cuisines thrown in as well. The staff of the hotel are super friendly and even friendlier security downstairs that always up for a chat and very helpful. No taxi driver in Singapore knows where this place is because it is so new, so just ensure you have the details handy.

It is hard to find a negative with this place, just our mistake. We booked this for a leisure holiday, and found that it was just a little out of the way for that type of holiday. For me, I would 100% book this for a business trip and stay, because it has all the facilities that you want including workspaces, however none of the extras you would like to see on a leisure holiday such as a bar or restaurant.Saying that, the taxi fares cost no more than $15 anywhere to the major tourist areas, so if you are after something a little quieter, this is perfect. For this reason, the rooms are just slightly on the smaller side for a leisure holiday, but saying that, they are appointed so well, and stunning.

Employee are attentive, hotel is new and clean. I like the environment friendly approach of the hotel. There is no onsite breakfast and offer takeaway breakfast, and the hotel staff who serves the breakfast is nice and friendly.

No onsite restaurant or bar. Nearby has no shopping mall, to MRT station route is not fully shelter in Singapore hot weather I wish there is a decent coffee machine in the room, or at least the hotel could offer a coffee machine in the lobby all day and not restricted to only breakfast time, as I don't like the cheap coffee sachet in the room.

- location: it was easy to get to national university hospital which was the main purpose if the trip - Clean - beds are comfy - nice modern furniture - usb output next to the beds to charge ur phone

- small space - expensive - it wasn't very clear how to get to the reception but I noticed the second day there was a clear sign put up (properly was done because they had a conference at those days)

Modern look and earth-friendliness. Staff friendly, helpful and professional. I stayed in the refresher room while waiting for my flight after checkout—all staff smiled and were soft-spoken. very close to the mall.

It was a great stay. I fell unwell and spent most of the time in the room, so was well familiar with it by the end! I liked how I could link my computer to the TV wirelessly.

The location is a bit out of the way, which didn't impact my stay. Still, it wouldn't cause too many issues if you were travelling for sight seeing.
