The staff were welcoming, the hotel was new and clean, easy mall access, breakfast was good, nice view.

The hotel parking entrance is good for small vehicles, GMC Yukon Max, but Longer vehicles such as Yukon XL or GM Pick up sizes will be difficult to park in basement, the Hotel managed to let me park outside thanks to the Manager.

The hotel is very conveniently located attached to the mall, where there are many restaurants where you can also eat outside and do your shopping. Lusail is a very new and modern location, easy to walk to the Marina, very near to Tram station. We got upgraded to a suite with an amazing livingroom and balcony. Our Housekeeper was extremely attentive (gave us extra water, fruits, tea,..) Very comfortable bed, bathroom spacious, modern and clean. Breakfast: large choice of fruits, fresh juices (freshly squeezed, not from a bottle!), cereals, eggs, asian and indian station, bread and pastries,.... nicely presented and refilled all the time. The staff at the breakfast are also super friendly and attentive. Area outside on the terrace to have your breakfast. Overall a great hotel to stay; highly recommended!

Hi We booked a room for a special event as it was our 4th marriage anniversary. When we arrived they upgraded our room to a suite and we found that they put for us special cake, juices, and beautiful flowers. At night they surprised us with more cakes and milkshakes and juices. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast buffet is amazing as well is the kid room. I can't explain to you enough how this hotel is amazing, really I never recommended any hotel previously but this one was extremely beautiful. Thank you for providing us with these great moments. no breakfast included. despite doing a booking from booking.com it said free breakfast when. I booked and it was a shame that it wasn’t included later. first time in the Middle East it happened that a hotel after charging a good amount of money didn’t include the breakfast. either it was booking.com or Hotel mistake but this should be looked into seriously. hotel should do something about inclusion of complimentary breakfast for their guests (especially the visiting business professionals)if they want repeat customers and good word of mouth feedback.

Receptionist at check-in appeared unsure and stated we had duplicated booking & was not sure breakfast is included via Booking.com reservation … this caused some misunderstanding, arrival frustration as to being smooth , comfortable and relaxed arrival without such guess stress plse , thx Obviously, hotel was very busy - which overload breakfast room , was well handled though!

I had a wonderful staycation at Royal Meridien, this hotel has the best service and personel i have ever seen. From the first moment you enter the hotel you feel the warmness. I had asked some things before my arrival and everything done by the service team. It was like they were waiting for me. Welcome drink was offered, complimentary drink was offered at pool, the coffee i ordered was a bit delayed so they offered for free, also at room they had a welcome card and some sweets. The hotel is brand new, modern and clean. Walking distance to the mall and with a balcony sea view. Nothing more to ask, i will definetely go back. I liked everything. If i should write sometthing here could be the high prices at the pool restaurant. There was some construction also at the hotel and around creating some noise, but this is temporary and also the windows were good soundproofed.

The hotel is really good, luxurious, and fancy. If you’re someone who is accurate when it comes to cleaning. This hotel is so clean and well maintained. Room is spacious as well. Yedi restaurant was absolutely amazing. I was happy about the variety of food options for breakfast.

One thing I hope they could change is the smell of the bed sheets. There is a dump or musty smell that could be solved by adding some odours or using softeners with perfume.

The location & The hotel near the mall .. Very near to reach by taxi to important Tourism places . You have a Nice & great bar🍸 bot I miss the drinks in the mine bar in my room .. Next time i will ask to bot in my mine bar 😉

The cafe shop in the ground floor very poor.. @ you should have Cigar lunch .. @ you need to but anther bar up the hotel 🙄
