Crowne Plaza Doha - The Business Park, an IHG Hotel

Everything. Too much to mention. The staff are amazing, the beds are the best in Qatar and the pillows? Out if this world, I feel like I slept 3 nights on a cloud. Room service is fast, fresh and excellent value. Reception staff are lovely, especially Nasrine. And I must mention Mr Saif, at breakfast who greeted me personally each morning and remembered my odd preferences for extra strong tea and my favourite table, I felt like a VIP. Everywhere is spotlessly clean, quiet and calm and everything you need for a business visit. However, I am not done yet and am extending my stay into the weekend so I can continue to relax and refresh in this absolute palace of a hotel. Just wow, what an absolute gem!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Crown plaza Doha hotel and I wanted to share my positive experience.The housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping my room clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. Additionally, the food at the hotel was absolutely delicious and exceeded my expectations. I also wanted to express my gratitude to Ms. Sara at the front desk for her hospitality and assistance during my check-in process. She made everything quick and easy, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at the Crown Plaza Doha and I look forward to staying there again in the future. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience.

Very good breakfast, everybody will find something. Spacious place with good access to the food - no queues in the morning. Very clean hotel with big rooms and comfortable rooms. The beds are just a little bit smaller than a deck of an aircraft carrier.

If I have to find something that was just a little bit disappointing it was the pool at the top of the hotel. I was expecting some views but the high walls around the area made it not possible.

good location for business, the restaurants in the hotels are great, so the bars,

my IHG points and my Status was not recognized and while our System/concur has chosen Booking for the reservation my night collected where not added to my IHG account, this is very bad, but should be adressed to the hotel I assume, as this way they will soon loose many loyal customer cause then chosing other chains

Centrally located with all the facilities expected in a stars hotel. The room was spacious and well equipped. The staff were very courteous and friendly.

The toiletries were limited ( not very important) may be you can order extra needs. Some complacency in getting our rooms ready upon arrival. However the management were very apologetic and courteous to compensate by. I appreciate the rooms Manager Shankey & the Manger in Duty Lara for their kindness and courtesy.

Very friendly and helpful reception desk, clean apartment, very spacious, very good well equipped gym.

Unfortunately, concierge services could improve a bit more... When I was asking to order a taxi, I was told to order on my own even if I did not have any application. The way I was informed was very disappointing.

We needed a place to relax during the holidays. To sleep. Eat. Sleep. Repeat. And this hotel exceeded our expectation. Beds and pillows are highly recommended. Zzzzz... And the breakfast at Aramede... never fails. I just wish i opted for room service for the breakfast... i think it is way more convenient. Maybe next time. Btw, i requested for a clean and sanitized room-- and i got it 👍👍👍 Thank you crowne plaza.

For me?, nothing. Everything was, is my opinion... perfect.

I just have small disappoint.we go to swimming pool around 10am and 12nn we go back to our room but we can't access the elevator because they block our card.i know and written in the email that our check out is 1pm.so we don't have choice to go in the lobby even we are wet because we need to get new card to enter also in our room.

Room

The breakfast was sumptuous and the staff are very friendly they made sure you were taken care of while dining both dinner and breakfast. The reception was very friendly and answered questions very kindly. Housekeeping was good in providing what I requested or needed.

The service could have been better if I didn't need to request for basic things I expect to be inside my room but was not available such as slippers,hair dryer,comb and tooth brush.

Amazing place, great stuff specially Carla was very helpful with me, i will come again to this place sure.

The room service was very slow maybe because the Eid vacation, but still the hoter very good place & price.
