The property is very well maintained and only 6 mins walk to the beach. The welcome at reception was the gold standard - so friendly and helpful. The free massage was a lovely touch. Apartment is spacious and well-equipped. Beds and pillows are comfortable. The 3 pools are clean and offer plenty of shade. Gardens and buildings are well maintained. Breakfast was good and fresh fruit was outstanding!

The breakfast welcome was very poor - a smile costs nothing! The coffee machines at breakfast are terrible and need upgrading. There were many young kids using the adult pool, splashing and playing with balls etc.

Close to everything. This is a well kept aparthotel with some lovely gardens, a decent gym & spa facilities. Staff is all very nice, so helpful and always with a smile. I can not fault anyone I came in contact with. The breakfast is excellent & so well run by the lady who ensures food is regularly replenished. The buffet is small but fresh and offers everything you could want. We had a one bed standard apartment, decor is dated ( the superior ones are much nicer) but the apartment is clean, spacious & the shower had great pressure. First floor apartments have really big balconies so definitely the ones to try and book. It was also lovely and quiet at night & even generally in the day there was a relaxed vibe, it seems to attract a nice crowd. All in all a great value for money stay. I highly recommend here!

The apartment was very spacious, air conditioning was excellent. Secure underground parking and easy access to 3 heated pools. Gym and indoor pool with jacuzzi and sauna was great. Iron, air racks, washing machine, dishwasher all available and working. Big screen TV was nice.

The superior 2 bed apartments advertise it as updated modern look, we got the older 2 bedroom apartment that still looked outdated with orange tiles, old bath tub style shower. Breakfast was very basic. Replenishing mineral water bottles and coffee pods were not available or was chargeable for extra. The mattress was ok but the pillows were really small and looked more like show pillows, couldn't sleep on them properly. The sofas were very slim, could be better with larger sofas for relaxing in the living room area.

The apartment was lovely and clean, it had a great view of the sea. Air con in both the main living room and bedroom were provided. The gym facilities were good.

When we arrived to the hotel, we were informed that a credit card was needed or a cash amount of €250 for a deposit. I think there could be improved protocol around the deposit in future. We were happy to pay using our debit cards or give our credit card details but this wasn’t allowed. I would recommend maybe hiring a car to explore local areas and bring a jacket/ shirt as it is breezy at night time.

Apartment was as described on web at time of planning. Great support from management at planning phase. Advised us in advance of some maintenance work to be performed during our stay (no surprise), apartment very clean, a few basic products at arrival (6 pods of coffee, milk, water, fresh oranges from the region). Even communicated with me after my return hom to advise that I had forgotten something in the room and proposed to mail it to me. Wow...very few hotels do this nowadays. Congratulations to all! Keep up the good work.

This a nice facility with three outdoor pools, and indoor pool, well-equipped gym, sauna and whirlpool. We were given an upgrade to the superior studio unit, and it was very nice, in excellent condition with new looking finishes and appliances. The unit was quiet and bed was comfortable; There was underground parking included. The staff were very professional and knowledgeable. Our stay included an excellent breakfast, which was one of the things that brought us back for this second visit.

Just a small thing, but it would be helpful to have basic instructions available for the oven and the washing machine. European units work quite a bit differently than appliances that Canadians are used to, and use unfamiliar symbols on the controls. I found English language manuals online and figured it out, but a one pager on each would have helped.

Nice hotel. We had a specious apartment with a huge terrace. Everything was available, ironing board, washing machine, toaster, refrigerator, ... There was an extra adult pool and free parking available.

The furnishings are a bit outdated, neat, but not quite up to date. In the bathroom it was a bit awkward to get into the shower due to the installation of the glass door.

the apartment was amazing with all amenities and facilities. it was close of the beach. very quite area. gym, jacuzzi , sauna , interior and exterior pool.

breakfast repetitive , so far so good. the location was close to the beach but rocky beach which I ended up with bruises and cuts trying to get out of the sea... it was a small spot of sand but not a big deal either not the best beach. Area too quite from my point of view, nothing happens around.

Staff we're absolutely fantastic couldn't do enough for us. My luggage was lost by the airline and the reception staff we're really supportive in helping me to communicate with the lost luggage office. Breakfast was great and the facilities perfectly adequate for a week in Luz. Location superb!

Balcony could have been cleaner. There were a number of cobwebs and an ants nest but it didn't cause us too much disruption and a few insects is to be expected with a garden facing balcony. Could have used somewhere to hang towels or washing.

Beautiful. Wasn’t expecting the size of the apartment, so spacious and perfect kitchen. We loved sitting on the balcony each evening for dinner. Couldn’t have been better.

Only one gripe, first few mornings we kept the do not disturb on which was fine. Day 3 we wanted a little spruce up and fresh towels, went out early and arrived back around 3ish to find no one had been in, same happened the day after. After speaking to reception they informed me that current guests have their rooms cleaned between 2pm-6pm, we found that quite bizarre as most people/families usually get back to their room around that time after a day out. We were happy to receive some fresh towels but we left the cleaning for the week.
