The hotel could not have been more convenient for the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Fatima, which was practically across the road! Our room was comfortable and had a wonderful view of the Cruz Alta. Javier on reception was warm and welcoming, and very helpful to our enquiries. The breakfast offered a great deal of variety and was well worth the additional charge. We were close to a number of nice bars, and within easy walking distance from restaurants. We were also only 5 minutes' walk from the coach station which was our arrival and departure point. The coach station had a taxi rank which was great for getting transport for our day trip to Batalha.

Not all staff were English speaking, something to be aware of for non-Portuguese speakers.

Simple and a bit old fashioned but with high standards of service. Philomena went out of her way to show us the chapels, even on a very busy Sunday morning. The location was wonderful. Very close to the Sanctuary and with good parking.

The bathrooms need updating but I enjoyed being able to have a bath as well as shower. The lock on the room door was a bit difficult but we managed. It didn't detract from an excellent stay.

Very close to the sanctuary, restaurant, and both Basilicas. Very friendly on reception desk. Air conditioning in rooms and having a balcony was great.

The carpets in the hotel need changing they are very old. The bedroom wasn’t hoovered daily . Restaurant staff could be a bit more efficient quite often napkins and food in trays were not topped up. Also the orange juice dispenser creeked all through breakfast depending on the amount of fluid in it, quite annoying.

I’m only leaving a review because I want to mention one of the staff members Xavier he was absolutely amazing one of the nicest people I’ve ever meet helped my mom and I so much he honestly deserves a raise/promotion he went above and beyond for us 10 out of 10

It was good, good value for money, close to all places of interest, simple but what you need to get to know the city, friendly staff and always willing.

the hotel was a bit old, something could be improved, but nothing that would make me not come back, in general very good, comfortable and clean.

Nice clean rooms.

The corridor is looking tired needs a makeover. Just a suggestion, Needs a coffee/ hot chocolate vending machine for late nights or early morning drinks as no room service. Water cooler or vending machine would be good too.

I liked everything! staff was awesome, location was exceptional, accommodation was clean, comfortable and spacious and breakfast was incredible

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. the price was great and the location could not have been better! Breakfast was included . I highly recommend it and when I go back to Fatima I will do my best to stay ther.

The location and bedroom. The breakfast was also very good, well served and the staff very friendly.

I got a room with the sanctuary view however you can not see it because now a days it is fully covered with trees. The photos on the website are not update.

Very clean and comfortable. Right next to the sanctuary and 10 minutes walk to the train station. Excellent value for money.
