Very clean, good facilities and excellent staff, who were extremely helpful and very friendly.

There is nothing negative to say. Very happy.

☆The staff were all great.They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable! ☆The variety of food was amazing and we felt so spoiled by restaurant staff who were always working extremely hard providing great service throughout our stay. ☆The powerful shower and spacious rooms. ☆Regularly changed towels . ☆Glass bottled water in the rooms. We felt special from the beginning to the end. Thanks a million Patio hotel team!!!🙏💛💛💛

hotel apartments could be more homely.Adding artwork,photography on the walls,an extra blankets in the room would give that homely feel.The small things make the difference😊

We have just had THE BEST time at The Patio Suite hotel. All of the staff were so accommodating and friendly. We arrived late and had delicious food waiting in our room. The rooms were huge! Simply yet beautifully decorated and very clean. The communal areas were immaculate and the decor was gorgeous! A fabulous range of drinks to choose from which we enjoyed working our way through and the dining experience was always amazing. Excellent variety and again super friendly staff who really made the whole stay for us, taking the children’s hands on arrival and walking them to the table and giving the children high fives when walking past. Don’t get us started on the entertainment team! The energy they bring to the stay is endless! The children adored Sharkie walking around the tables at breakfast and the kids club was casual throughout the day allowing the children to pop in and out for activities such as face painting, origami, mocktail making. They put on kids discos, karaoke and an amazing show in the evenings and by day us adults loved the water polo and aqua dance at the pool. Got involved with cocktail making on our last day which was great and there was live music most evenings we were there and a quiz on one night. There is a regular bus to the beach which is nice to be able to go to for a morning/afternoon although we loved the hotel so much that we found it hard to want to leave. The pools are great and warm and the kids pool was perfect for our two and four year old to splash around in. Ice cream tubs, slushy drinks and ice pops available on all inclusive and additional ice creams/lollies available to buy. Clientele were equally as friendly. Literally sobbed at our last breakfast this morning as we have made the best memories at The Patio Suite and have the staff to thank for that. Would 100% recommend and would absolutely love to return.

One moody bar man at the north pool bar but it didn’t impact our experience as we just laughed about how rude he was! Giving uncut ice pops 🤣.

Outstanding.The hotel and foyer area perfect with comfortable relaxation areas, board games huge t v's with sport etc to watch , live musicians most evenings, walking group, cycles for hire, beach shuttle daily .Staff went over and above always, the daily activity programme of water excercises was the best, Gabreille especially and colleagues got everyone up dancing and had a fantastic relationship with all the children.Kids splash pool to the Norte side amazing..Thank You.

not enough sun loungers 80% of sunworshippers saved beds and went away from the pool leaving my daughter with 2 children and nowhere to sit,thats not the fault of The Patio Suite Hotel though..

Fantastic hotel, spotlessly clean and staff couldn't do enough for us. Drinks were all branded. Food was absolutely amazing and fantastic selection. Room was huge with big balcony, kitchen and full size bath. Shuttle bus that ran back and fore the beach was a good bonus and we did beach yoga one day which was fab (provided by the hotel).

Not enough entertainment for us - no music around the pool. There was pool basketball later on in the afternoon and boules but could do with one pool being lively (constant music and entertainment) and one quiet pool. Also the evening could do with more entertainment as very little entertainment in the evening Also air con unit on balcony blew out hot air so unfortunately we were unable to sit out there as it was too hot. Other than these small points, it's an amazing hotel and we loved our visit

Staff very friendly, accommodation very comfortable and very clean. The food was OK. We didn't go full board .. we used Ubers to take us ho villamoura and abuferia, which are only ten minutes away . Beautiful places well worth going to both places for food and nightlife. Shuttle bus to beautiful beach from hotel and back was great , lovely pleasant Driver.

Not enough sunbeds by pool for residents , footpaths are dreadful even outside hotel. Sunbeds at the beach should be free to residents because the hotel don't have them at the pool side

amazing space - apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable with a large balcony. very well equipped. staff was super friendly, always happy to help. Staff accommodated early check in and late check out times to accommodate our flights. the area is really nice - super nice beaches close by, supermarkets, restaurants etc. but at the same time super quiet which allow you to fully rest. Breakfast was really good. They focus on the quality instead of. quantity. Same with dinner - we paid extra (€35 per person) which seems a bit much, but the food is good with options including vegetarian options and drinks are good too.

everything was great! if I could ask for one thing it would be some toiletries - cotton buds, make up dishes, body lotion etc. the usual for a 4 star hotel.

Entire hotel was impeccably clean-- in all areas. All staff (including maintenance) were polite, respectful, and responsive. Lots of fun activities every evening as well, including trivia night, jewelry show, musical performances, and the were fun day activities as well such as photography walk and water exercise classes. Kids camp as well.

Not sure?? Maybe more selection at the free breakfast and extending those hours to past 7am. My room was above the front door and so the traffic noise and nighttime partiers were loud and interrupted my sleep.

We had two bedrooms deluxe apartment with pool view and it was big (106m²), two very comfort bedrooms, two bathrooms, a huge balcony and another smaller balcony and kichen, living room and dining room. I can say it was a great stay, the staff were very friendly, breakfast was complete. The lobby is very cozy and comfortable.The location is in a quiet area, but you have access to some shops and restaurants only by two minutes walking. The north pool is different from the other pool (which our apartment was facing). If you are traveling with children, I can say the north pool fits you. The other pool is quiet and is better for adults.

The things I didn't like weren't big deals! Coffee from the coffee machine wasn't my favorite, but I ordered coffee from the coffee shop. It is better the TV's in the apartments, connected to the internet so you would have access to youtube and ....
