Hotel Ambasadorski Rzeszów

The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, which means it's in a very convenient and central location. This is great because it makes it easy to get to all the important places and attractions in the city. Now, let's talk about breakfast. Breakfast at the hotel was not just good; it was excellent, especially considering the price i paid. They had a wide variety of options to choose from, which means there was something for everyone, no matter what your taste or dietary preferences were. Plus, the quality of the food was top-notch. So, in simple terms, staying at this hotel is a fantastic choice because of its central location, and you'll start your day off right with a delicious breakfast that won't break the bank. It's a win-win situation!

The gym could have been improved. It wasn't as good as it could be. There might have been things missing or not working well. Maybe the equipment was old or not well-maintained. People might have expected more from it. So, it needed some changes to make it better for everyone who uses it.

Great location right on the square. Friendly staff and delicious restaurants steps away. I had a standard room. It was very simple, but also very clean. Everything worked and I had no problems during my stay. Breakfast was included with my rate. The breakfast had the standard options but everything was very good.

They do not have parking. That is okay as long as you know going in. Street parking is available (free on weekends and free at night from 2000 to 0800) and there is a parking lot nearby where you can pay. (The cost of street parking is very cheap)

Staff were really friendly and accommodating, stored our bags during the day after checkout. Breakfast was really good, it had a decent buffet selection of sweet and savoury. The location was perfect, right in the centre of the old town, surrounded by bars and restaurants (our room faced the back so didn't hear too much noise). The room we had was huge for the price we paid, with a giant bath (last minute upgrade for a few quid). Overall it's a decent hotel and would stay again if we ever return to Rzeszów.

The fire alarm went off at 2:40 in the morning, which wasn't ideal! Ruined an otherwise decent night's sleep having to get out of bed and go downstairs. Good job checkout is at 12 and breakfast runs until 11, otherwise we would have been completely shattered. I shouldn't really blame the hotel for this as it could be due to someone smoking in their room (at least I know the alarm works!), but they did have a balcony on my corridor where people smoked where the door was being left open, making the corridor smell which might have set it off (I'm a smoker so wasn't too much of an issue, but smell/smoke would probably be enough to annoy non-smokers). Suggest making sure guests smoke outside or close the balcony door.

Excellent hotel! Gorgeous location - just in the city centre! View from the restraurant is awesome. Wonderful helpful staff, instant check-in and check-out, good breakfast (were due to depart for the aiport and therefore unable to try it in full, only lunchboxes that were great anyway). Warm spacious room, perfect bathroom. We regretted we could not stay for longer.

Lack of disposable slippers was palpable, and the reception desk guy could not find it - but he helped with boarding passes printing, so we were thankful regardless the former.

I like everything!The staff was so professional and kind .That was the best experience i ever had in a hotel the service was great the room was excelent the surroundings were amazing i had everything i need close to the hotel.i will always recomend Rezszow and hotel Ambasadorski as a travel location and acomodation !everything was Elite!thank you so much for making my stay in Rezszow an amazing one

The reception staff were very friendly and helped me book a taxi to a remote location. Location of hotel is perfect. Very comfy and large bed Very clean room

We were on the first floor and could hear the drunks on the street all night till sunrise. Not the hotel’s fault but if you are a light sleeper it’s hard to sleep. If I was to return I would request a room on a higher level.

I did like EVERYTHING!!! Everything was great. Even though it was only 2 days and I'm from Poland, it was one of my best trip in life. Highly recommended. Rzeszów is beautiful and Ambassador Hotel is quality. You won't regret it, doesn't matter if it a business trip or family weekenf breakout. I had a marvellous time.

Just a quick over-night stay here on my way home from Ukraine but the hotel was just what I needed after 6hrs at the border. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, the bathroom is clean and well equipped. The location looked great, right on the square. I wish I had time to explore but would definitely book again for future travels

Great location in the town square, close to restaurants and bars. Rooms were big with great bathroom with spa bath. Hotel bar and restaurant were excellent too - in particular Olivia made us feel very welcome and helped us with finding our way around - she is a real credit to your customer service.

Overall, the room was nice, but ...

It wasn't in a quiet area of the hotel. It was right by the street. Lots of loud, drunk people near my window. Also, no slippers, which is common in Eastern Europe. Also, the comforter was very small ... like for a child.
