New superior rooms equipped with aircon units are perfect for the summer; it tends to get a bit hot in the building in June through to August. Loved the newly upgraded 3rd floor. Beds are so comfortable I slept 8-9 hours a night. The new showers are excellent (no basket or shelf to put your own cosmetics on though). Bathrooms in the superior rooms have new, better hairdryers. Excellent breakfasts & pizzas.

The phone number connecting to the reception is registered under a different company, and even though it calls the automated desk of Mercure hotels, the telephony operator displays a different company name on cellphone, which can be misleading. Despite the Mercure hotels answering the call, young gentlemen at the front desk said they don't know what to do with it and I'm probably calling a wrong number, which was patronizing and unkind. I was only trying to help.

We had Superior rooms - very nice, modern rooms. Bottled water was daily changed for free. Slippers in the room Swimming pool was smaller but very nice. Open from 7:00 - 12:00 and 16:00 - 21:00 Hotel restaurant do not have that much selection but food was delicious. Very delicious breakfast with costa coffee machine. A lot of parking spaces available

Since there is a swimming pool I would appreciate a bathing robe in the room.

Breakfast was good. Staff were polite and helpful. Good swimming pool for adults and kids (separate pool). Bed was comfy. TV had few English channels. Lounge area is good and big. Dinner menu was limited, but value for money. Bus stop near to hotel for going to city or Karpacz. Sniezka peak is visible from the hotel.

Shower was small. Location is not accessible via a direct bus. It's 1.5 KM walk. But Taxi costs 18 PLN (Radio Taxi Mercedes). City center is 1.5 KM walk, but there is a bus stop at the hotel.

Liked the Superior rooms, better than standard which are lot more dated. Nicer views from rooms facing out from back. Lovely park area opposite to explore.

Being really picky now, would have liked more fruit on breakfast menu and a sprung rather than memory foam mattress, would stay here again though.

The pool and sauna was included in the price and were really nice. It is close to the mountains. There was a fridge and a kettle with some tea and coffee in the room. Lobby had nice seating, table football and a bar.

We had to pay for the parking at the hotel car park. Only one of the lift was functioning.

Very nice accommodation not too far from the center. We stayed for the weekend to enjoy hiking in the mountains and this was a good place we chose. Breakfast was delicious, staff was nice too.

A thoroughly comfortable stay for a long weekend. We would happily have stayed longer. Breakfast great. Limited evening menu but catering for a wide range of tastes. Wifi good. Swimming pool delightful for exercise.

The staff's amazing as always. Accommodating and answering to the guests' needs. Leave a comment on your booking that you plan on getting up late and coming back late, and they will get you a quiet room. Pool's great, warm and relaxing. And nowadays - almost completely deserted, you can have it all to yourself quite often.

The amount of plastic wrap used to serve breakfast in single-serving packets; but it's not the hotel, it's due to covid. Also because of that social life on the terrace was gone completely. 2020 :-(

Breakfast was very nice and room service was perfect. Domestic staff were very friendly and did a top notch job. Reception area is cool and staff always there for you if you need them. I would suggest having breakfast menu in English version too because I had to translate everything on my phone.

Mattresses were soft in my opinion to the point where you wake up with back pains which isn’t a great feeling if you ask me.

walls are unfortunately not sound proof (not even in superior rooms). bad luck if your neighbors on both sides are watching TV at night.
