Location, outside terrace, lovely bar area, lovely clean room, very friendly helpful staff who are English speaking as our Polish is not very good

The service in the bar and restaurant is quite slow, food was delivered and then had to wait 5 minutes for the cutlery No complaints about the food except that the breakfast is a very limited choice and not really worth the money- we only had it once and went elsewhere after that

The hotel is perfectly located. We were travelling with a dog and were surpried with the amonut of money that they charge for a pet - 200 zł for one night. Moreover on the arrival you have to sign a commitment to pay 300 zł if you leave the sheets dirty. We travel with our dog all around Europe and have never experienced such requirements . I do not recommend the hotel for those who travel with pets. The rooms are comfortable but simple with furniture that looks low standard .

We had a sea view king room which was quite spacious and very comfortable. The bed was amazing! The room was clean and tidy, I was impressed with the information stand and the extra details provided for stayers (eg. jogging map). Breakfast was substantial and anything you needed (eg. GF bread and milk alternatives) were provided upon request in a timely manner. The location was spot on!. On the main tourist pier, you have everything available to you- beach, restaurants, amusement park, historical museum boats, cafes and a coastal walk. It cannot be faulted. We were able to extend our stay (late check out) as are departure flight was at 6pm and this was effortless. The reception staff were incredibly friendly, cooperative and helpful. We had ordered a taxi for a certain time and requested it arrive earlier and it was at the hotel door within 5 mins. I would stay here every time I'm in Gdynia. I must say I was very impressed by the hotel.

Overall, a nice hotel, the staff was very nice and helpful (e.g. they know how to handle the problem with "full paring"). The hotel is perfectly located, good access to the sea, port, and the city with other bars, restaurants, museums, etc.

windows that cannot be opened. When you travel to the sea it is a weird when you hear .... nothing (outside you hear the seagulls, you smell the sea, while inside is .... like in any fully air conditioned building that could be located in a busy city center, or at the airport, or .... ).

Exaggerated control over where can you go. Very uncomfortable that the elevators and stairs are controlled, since if you by accident leave at the wrong floor, you need to wait another 3-5min for elevator, when you could just go one floor by stairs. The rooms smelled like heavy acid upon arrival, very uncomfortable. Additionally charged private parking was definitely not expected.

Had lovely choice of food & drinks for breakfast.rooms was large and comfortable shower room was just as big.location was perfect just as I expected it to be over looking the marina and good sea view

Wi fi could have been better as tryed time and time again to contact so just didn’t try just left it .

The room was clean and very comfortable with nice view The hotel restaurant was great for both breakfast and dinner with good choice for both me as an adult and my 8 year old The best part was the behavior of the hotel personal. Always willing to help and always with smile and in a good mood. Definitely worth your time and money

Very nice location, right on the waterfront. The hotel upgraded us to a sea view room, which was really nice. The staff was really friendly and the restaurant, both for breakfast and dinner was quite good. The room was big and so was the toilet. I also noticed that there is the possibility of getting communicative rooms which is a plus for big families.

The location is fantastic. I had a room with a Marina view, which is really nice. The beds are very comfy. The room was clean, bathroom was as well. I really liked it. The wifi quality was also great. Airco was very efficient and silent enough to be able to sleep in the night. Breakfast is really great, and good hours for latecomers. The food menu in the restaurant really nice containing great standards, such as caesar salad or burger, but also some local specials. Not to forget about local draft beer. Reception staff really nice and helpful as well as knowledgable and efficient in their job. Really good stay. Thank you!

has everything on the buffet thats needed for a good breakfast. big plus for opening breakfast at 4am for the ironman athletes. Thank you to the employees that made this possible.

There was an evening where the room above was occupied by a family and the kids were quite noise. But it was early evening and was quiet by 8pm. so no big issue.
