Campanile Bydgoszcz Hotel

Mrs receptionist laughed at my terrible jokes - which is nice. The place felt relly comfy, ALL of staff was really helpful and nice. Very quiet and peaceful place. Probably gonna use this place services during next stay at Bydgoszcz within few weeks. Also the location is amazing. And shower! - I can't really recall any other hotel with this nice and strong water pressure and very good range of temperature

I'm not sure why we're doing it in english but alright - As a owner of company working around floors, floor renovation and cleaning, its really hard for me not to see stains on the carpet. But keep in mind im exaggerating since it's my field of work, im pretty sure it wouldn't bother anyone else ;)

Very clean and neat. All equipment fully operational and ready. Quiet and comfortable. Parking available at the price; however on street parking nearby free of charge. Option for the breakfast and bar onsite; however very good selection of food and snacks on the nearby patrol station or in local shops. Lovely addition of the welcoming fudge sweets:)

There were no instructions as to how switch electricity on; however quite intuitive. More tea and coffee in room would be preferred (only one sachet per person).

Our request for 2 rooms adjacent to each other was taken into account. Bydgoszcz is fascinating and we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast could have been a little more varied but the quality was fine. As we didn't feel like paying for the hotel parking, we were advised to park outside - also just around the corner - and this was a cost-effective option. Best of all, the shopping centre and the "Bierhalle" are just 150 m up the road.

Nothing negative, really. Could have been a bit cheaper but ..?

Description/pictures of the room accurate. Bed was very compfy and clean. We Wrote a few days earlier to make sure we got a bathtub and they replied super fast positevely. Everything was clean. Room cleaners pass everyday. Boiler in the room for tea/coffee was top. There was even sparkly water bottles.

The small fridge mentioned in the description was missing.

A simple, no frill room, modern, clean, with coffee and kettle and a nice bed. That is what I wanted, that is what I got.

The breakfast was a bit different than what I am used to. No offence to that, but I could have enjoyed bacon with my eggs. A bit pricy as for what I got.

Very nice room, comfortable bed. I very much enjoyed the design and comfort of bathroom. Breakfast suer tasty with variety of food. Location was perfect, close to tram line. Also 5min driving from old town and shopping mall.

Private hotel parking (for a charge) was available so that I felt secure about my car.

A sanitary hotel, very sensitive about COVID-19. Plus for them! Same concerns breafast: sanitary measures, mask & gloves. Rich offer of good food (mych better than usually a Campanile hotels. Room: adequate. Comfort as expected in a budget hotel. However, some critical remarks are necessary: a/ on TV there is a selection pf Polish & foreign programmes - with the exception of most popular & respected Polish information programmes TVN24 & TVN24BiS; b/ hospitality at room had beeb restrjcted to 1 bottle of mineral water, one bag of black tea and one bag of instant coffee (not counting a bag of a decaffeinated coffee - for 2 persons c/ in bathroom we expected cups for teeth washing - there were none; d/ in the room lighting was excellent with the exception of necessary all-day-and-night light in a cuboard - we couldn't guess the reason why our sleep nad to be disturbed,

Hotel is modern and new inside, all amenities were clean and well kept. Staff was helpful and let us keep the car on the parking for a few hours after we checked out so we were able to sightseen the city. Room had a very efficient AC. There was enough space for our luggage.

I was positively surprised how soundproof the room was. Hotel is on busy street and I was worried a bit it will be noisy, but it was not, at all. And in general I enjoyed my stay there. From location to comfort - it was good value for money.

Carpet waits to be changed

The people in reception were excellent. The room was quiet and well designed.

There was no information in the room about WiFi so I have not used it. I found one long black female hair in bed. On the TV channels list there were Spanish channels available, but when i turned on the TV there was no image or sound on the mentioned channels.
