Staff is accommodating, thoughtful and helpful, he taught me how to take the jeepney like the locals, rooms are comfortable, location is excellent, just 2 stations distance to the centre area, laundry shop and barber shop is close.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They allowed to store my luggage as I was checking out early. The room itself is good enough for its price but don't expect extravagant facilities. They don't have heater so expect cold showers if doing in the evening. Location is accessible, a lot of jeepneys and taxis pass through the road just outside. Do check the location if it suits your itinerary. Going to known tourist spots would usually require taking 1, 2, or 3 rides of jeepney/bus so it not be the strategic location depending on your itinerary. Since it's close to a school, there a lot of eateries around the area (walking distance). Other point to consider: you have to use the stairs when going up floors so also consider this when packing luggages as they might be difficult to bring up and down.

The room assigned to me was cleaned but the toilet itself doesn't look clean due to several stains. A bedside table would've been nice as the charging ports were not very close to the bed. The sound isolation of the room is bad, I could hear sounds from my neighbor, as well as the rain from outside the room, and had a hard time falling asleep. Room has AC but the blanket they provide is super thin so it can get quite cold in the evening.

Isa to sa mga affordable na accommodation na natry out namin. Malinis din and talagang matulungin ang mga staff nila. They helped us finding our way in the city. conveniently located din.

We made another reservation for February 2023. We will be in Iloilo city again and since nasa Lopez Jaena st. lang sila, super lapit sa venue ng wedding ng ka office mate ko. very affordable pa talaga dito kaya gustong gusto namin dito sa place na to

This recommendation was provided to us by my brother. They stayed here before because they attended an event nearby. We chose here as well and true enough, the place was clean with polite and kind employees.

For its price, we got a really great value for the money that we have paid for. We were surprised on how spacious the rooms are and we were so glad that the place is in a strategic location too.

No wifi and tv. A TV could at least save the day if guests will be staying for a while. But since we were outside most of the time and just needed a place to rest, it was good for us.

The hotel is not so new but I can say that its well maintained and really clean. We had a lot of luggage and there's still huge space for us to move around.
