toilet bowl cleanliness need improvement (a ring of blackish color is observed at the surface level of water); bidet needs replacement (water is too strong and rust is present). Also, Red Planet may consider to provide a portable water kettle (this is a basic need especially in the morning wherein warm water is to be drink). Furthermore, availability of parking area should be considered; it should be a first come basis. During booking, red planet should consider if the customer will a bring a come a car or not; this will reserve a designated parking space, preventing parking at the main road near or front of the hotel.

Simple and clean, shower, bed and pillows. I had stayed in this Red Planet several times already and can still come back. Good value for money. Near SM, so very convenient.

I stayed in room 516. Air conditioning did not seem to work in the room. I hope the maintenance can check and repair this if needed. The room floor also felt a bit dusty. It might need mopping. The towels are also a bit old. I hope the management can check these issues and fix them. But the place is fine. I have stayed there several times. And I will go back again, hopefully it will be better.

My wife left her old phone under the bed and forgot it the next day. So we reported this on the way already to our next destination. To our relief the staff called us to inform the phone had been found and kept safe for us to pick it up.

some improvement on the way soap is being distributed . Every time we are in the hotel the red cover keeps falling off.

i like that it’s clean and the room are of sufficient size. i also like that it’s literally next to the mall. very convenient location. Also great that they have transportation services available for a fee, specially to the airport. Staff are nice & accommodating.

There’s no kettle for tea and coffee in the room. The windows aren’t cleaned so can’t enjoy the view.

The security. No non-tenant could access to any floor because from the elevator alone going up, one must have to tap the card key.

The air-conditioning unit. My polo shirt which I was supposed to wear for the convention was wet, coming from the aircon. Therefore, the hanger stand must be installed AWAY from the air-conditioning unit.

The location is great! It is close to several malls and the city center, with many options for restaurants and shopping. The room prices are affordable, with sufficient amenities for travelers.

The restroom was not cleaned thoroughly. The hotel does not provide toothbrush, only soap/shampoo and towels. There was extra charge for early check-in.

The room was very clean and the staff were very professional and helpful, the restaurant down stairs was also excellent and staff friendly also , I will recommend to others, will stay again in six months, thanks 😊

Just a helpful maintenance request, that the shower head needs a small clean to unblock the holes, thanks

I like the location, as it is just right beside SM Downtown where DFA Office is located. I have my appointment with DFA at that time so it is really an advantage. On the other note, the beddings, are fluffy and relaxing which gave me a good night rest. I also appreciate the lighting and the black-out curtains.

The room where i got in have molds on some part of the walls and ceilings which is a bit uncomfy for me. It just tells that the place is quite old and of lesser maintenance already.

Same building as Circa Resto. Next to SM. Walking distance to church.

Aircon on manual (not on auto). Busted light bulb in bathroom. Toilet seat out of place. TV needs repair (blurred top half of screen). Water cut-off in the morning (unable to bath and tooth brush before leaving).

Did like the location and that the SMmall was this close. We where here for almost a week. But the staff was great. And we had family close by,so a short walk for almost everything needed. So it was nice to be here again years since last visit and we will be back later also. Thanks so much to the staff for all help and support.
