Dotties Place Hotel and Restaurant

I fell ill for a few days and didn't come out of my room. I called the front desk and asked for an extra blanket, they not only brought the blanket but unknowingly to me actually covered me. On another evening they showed up with several bottles of water and to check on me to see if I needed anything brought to me. (I guess they know that dead bodies are bad for business) I have stayed at several 5-star properties that this kind of service would never have occurred to them. They also had a sweet little stray cat with part of its tail missing that was sort of a mascot that everyone took care of and was always hanging around the front door.

The hot water was never really hot.

First i had room 221 wifi connection impossible bad and no fridge in room as on pictures, staff VERY friendly and service minded listen to my issues. Then i got moved to room 227 on 2nd floor, much better room and wifi week but now usable. Great several big sofa relax sitting area on 2nd floor, really lovely. Breakfast quite thin, but there is food and staff got me bread fried egg and butter. Had a pleasant stay, clean place and staff great. Only a 5 min walk to Robinson mall and restaurants. Smoke around corners, if you behave clean. They are flexible even no smoke signs everywhere. Thanks a lot.

Wifi a bit annoying, you have to log in and inactive connection falls out, data transfer week and low compared to a sim phone. System needs upgrade, routers and subscription.

The water hygiene From the pool..never saw a cleaner cleaning the pool and every time I took a swim Me and my spouse had an allergic reaction to my skin

Nice enough place. Clean room, AirCon, comfy bed. Great staff. Swimming pool was good. Airport shuttle provided by the Hotel at 250PHP which i thought very fair.

Construction going on outside the front door so entrance is currently at the side, in car park. No kettle for tea/coffee making. Small issues really.

Wonderful hotel! Staff very friendly and efficient! Room clean & comfortable. Quiet. Best hot water shower! Cool air con! Many cable channels. Fast wifi. Lovely pool with waterfall. Delicious bountiful buffet breakfast. Definitely recommend this place.

everything here is just right, i would recommend to everyone to stay here . I would rent a room all year round at this place if i could

need to changes meneu for breakfast when you stay there many days, it will be boring always eat same breakfast, and need better coffee it is very thinn

I liked the location very accessible for taking public transport and easy access to most establishments and they have available car to take you to the airport at reasonable price.

Lack of hygeine kit like there is no dental kit cotton buds that is I think very necessary to be in every hotels.

Everything was as I expected, I enjoyed the variety of the breakfast menu. The location was very good right on the transportation route and walking distance to Robinsons Mall. No problems with the WiFi.

I would stay at Dotties again even if there was a Marriott next door. Exceeded my expectations.....by miles and miles. Will go back soon.
