Actually for the room me and my partner find it well, so clean and the front office staff were very accommodating and pleasant. The surroundings were clean and well organized.

Its just that for the window we dont like it because its blinds and no offense with blinds, its just that we do really prefer curtains because the light can't came in and for the blinds it cause too much lighting and maybe next time you could offer us a room that's more on dim and with curtains but anyways the Hotel is so fancy and very nice.

Even before arrival, the staff were communicating with me about my reservation. They also checked my arrival time and on the day of checking in they have also reconfirmed my booking. Upon arrival, the AC was already running in the room so that was great. The room was clean and spacious. They have attentive staff. Hotel is situated in good location, it's beside the mall and near the main road

We stayed in room 338, situated near the lift. We could hear it from our room. It made a lot of noise when in use.

it's pretty comfortable and is in a great location - at the back of Robinsons Place Bacolod - it's very convenient. the staff are fantastic. everything is great although it is not perfect, but it's really a great place!

the door. there's this alarm which continued making sounds when it's not properly closed, but we've properly closed the door but it still kept making noise. the tv. we weren't able to use it since there is no guide. no room slippers. no room telephone.

Location is good and nearby Robinson mall so everything is just 2 mins walk away. If you want to explore city then it's little far from city center. Room is okay according to the budget and bed is good too. Staff are good and helpful.

The only thing which I didn't liked is their check in policy which states that you need to check in before 6Pm or it will be cancel. I almost reached 5:30Pm because of flight delayed.

Location was great. Close to all the transactions and meetings that I have in town. Near to malls and dining venues.

Water pressure was alittle bit low. Have to wait for it to go back to normal pressure so i can go take a nice warm shower. Lighting in the bathroom is quite dim. It would be better to have a adequate lighting.

The ambiance and amenities. Very Near to go to places in Bacolod, located in city center. Very accessible to Robinson Bacolod.

We stayed 3nights and requested room clean up and garbage pick up on the 2nd night but it was not done same day we requested but other than this everything is okay.

The hotel itself is just a few meters away from the mall entrance. Very accessible to different needs (food, leisure, meds, and etc.)

Rooms seem to be a little expensive for the price especially the one I stayed at had empty soap/shampoo dispensers (as far as I know it is complimentary) as well as a weird working shower. Nevertheless, my stay was okay.

Excellent place and close to Robinson's Mall. This was my first time I stayed at Go Hotel and I enjoyed it. Housekeeping were very cooperative. This hotel also have your laundry service and service is 24 hours. Plus, this hotel is safe and secure as well.

Free water refill. Very basic but clean. Everything we needed.

The doors made a beeping noise when left open with handle pulled down or something. Some of our neighbour's rooms started beeping 5am for a good hour until someone did something about it... not really the hotels fault but maybe the sound could be turned down or off.
