Novotel Muscat Airport

It's a great hotel with wonderful employees. Everyone was kind, friendly and supportive. Wonderful team - hotel reception, F&B guys (Ms. Ellaine, Ms. Arti, Mr. John & Ms. Lidiya - Ginger Restaurant), Ms. Ella from Theathrum restaurant, swimming pool coach Mr. Abdulhaq, gift shop Mr. Ali. Thank you all for making my stay so easygoing and memorable. Special Thanks to the Reception team Mr. Fahad & Mr. Kanita) for their kind support & to Ms.Ellaine from the Ginger restaurant for her friendliness, kindness and the beautiful smile! Keep it up! The location - the hotel is close to the airport and that's a plus, however, there is nowhere to go around, nothing to see, no public transportation either in proximity.

The room is spacious, location and area is fine. I think for food breakfast they should have more variety of choice so it will be more satisfy.

Food more variety, in cleanliness specially in common area should Ben pre details invisible area which more cleaning standards. And more hospitality from staff specially in reception. Upon checking in if staff knows that the person is tourist he/she should need to be more helpful for more information on hotels facilities and the tourist spot in areas.

There’s so many things I loved about my stay. To start with, the service is fantastic. The professionalism of the staffs is outstanding and they ensure everything is taken care of. Mr Fahad and his colleague at the reception made my stay absolutely hassle free. The breakfast is lovely. It was a buffer style and everything in the menu was fresh and exquisite. The facilities were amazing as well. I had the used the gym and it was state of art equipments and we’ll maintained. Loved everything during my stay

- There is no any city infrastructure (grocery store / cafe / restaurant / etc.) around the hotel in walk distance

The Novotel chain provides really big, new, well equipped and comfortable rooms around the world and the Novotel in Muscat is no exception. The hotel is just 10min drive from the airport (which is the reason why I chose it) but the rooms are sound proof and you do not hear the planes at all. The facilities are very clean and comfortable and the swimming pool is very nice. Even though it was Ramadan the hotel would cater to the international traveller without restrictions in terms of time to access food and so on. Staff was always helpful and room service was very fast.

There was a small misunderstanding when I booked regarding the possibilities of an early check-in. But it was solved in place by the staff.

Very clean, comfortable and staff were amazing very polite, helpful, attentive and quick to all my requests. Room smelled lovely was very cool and has aircon throughout the whole hotel. They have a huge outdoor swimming pool and gym so my son loved it. Restaurant food was very tasty. Wifi was very good, strong connection and Kfc is round the corner from it and a few other cafes and small restaurants.

The location is a little bit away from the city centre and other attractions. So always need a taxi to get there.

I like Staff especial Hooriya at the Counyer who welcomed me with full respect and happiness

As im always customer the Price realy is too high, appreciate Novotel and all Accor Hotels to know me that im their customer for long years. I should gwt a Specia Member coz i alwyas incourage my friends and other to stay at NOVOTEL Hotels or Accor hotels as its best and fantastic in the World especially coz of Staff are very good with Customers.

Very convenient location next to the airport. I used the hotel as a base to visit Muscat, as I had my own car and it was very comfortable. The parking is ample and the facilities in general are very nice, modern and clean. Staff was very helpful and would cater to the international traveller even during Ramadan times, which can makes things a bit complicated for food and drinks. The people at reception even offered me some discounts on the restaurants and a glass of wine on the house at the bar.

Location is very good in the middle of muscat and near the main important places for the visitor The room was clean and comfortable enough for small periods stay Receptionist were very helpful especially the Omani reception staff Check in and checkout were done very quickly and smoothly 👌

The hotel has current and well maintained facilities for example in the gym, the treadmill has a screen where you can view cable tv while walking or running which definitely helps on a treadmill. They also have very friendly staff who were always warm to my partner and I. We were looking forward to breakfast partly because the food is good but also to interact with the likes of Castro, Pamela and Esther and all the rest of the staff. We really appreciate the great service.
