We had to check out little bit late, it was informed to staff as well. But strange point is that, when we entered into lift (to go down) card didnot work and lift door got closed and did not open thereafter even on pressing the key (button). There is no phone number given in lift (display) so as to contact. But luckily, there is a system to call them and staff responded and finally, lift moved down. Suggestion- there should be contact number also displayed in the lift to be called in case of emergency.

Clean and awesome breakfast! Staff was very nice as well.

Ceiling of the room. I believe it wasn't finished. For me was also cold at the night, cause outside temperature was about 14-15 °C. Air conditioning supposed to work properly, but I've set up on 25°C and still was chill.

Location was very good. Parking was additional and I think should be included in the stay or have a special discounted rate for the hotel guests. Breakfast was very good, there was a good choice of food.

Parking arrangements were not great. Gym was small. No fridges or tea/coffee facilities in the rooms. Rooms were a bit dark.

Hotel is relatively new, so it looks nice. Rooms are tiny, there is no option to cast anything to the TV and there few tv stations and there was na youtube or other apps. Breakfast was tasty and there was plenty of choices. However, there was only one type of coffee served and it wasn't the best.

The location was perfect for us .. breakfasts are ok , buffet , unlike the hotels in Oslo where they give you a ready made plate wrapped in plastic .. the price too high for the value we thought , not much choice around and we wanted to stay near the train station because needed to go to the airport in the morning ..

The tv is hung too low on the wall , I’ve seen this before in Comforts..uncomfortable to watch when you are laying in bed ..personnel was ok but nothing extra .. only two small pillows for two people , would be nice to have an extra one al least The tv wasn’t Smart , which you don’t see often in this chain Beds ok but nothing more Everything is pretty basic , but the price isn’t .. wouldn’t stay there if there were other options , but there weren’t ))

Comfortable and spacious rooms. Nice view from the city on the rooms and from the roof (it's worth the visit). Location is also great with many restaurants in nearby.

The hotel is very modern and clean, and has great fitness facilities. The breakfast was simple but offered enough variety.

Very friendly staff, comfortable parking. Good location.

Rooms need more light, very dim. In the winter, room floors are getting sandy (as no daily room cleaning, maybe a floor mat or something would be helpful).

A convenient hotel. Somewhat hipster vibe. It appears to be a converted office but I am not sure.

Breakfast was to typical Nordic. Not my taste. The coffee was not good.

Was able to open a little windows to let cold air in.

Duvet was way to warm, had to take it off to get a comfortable sleep.
