Clarion Collection Hotel Arcticus

Location of the hotel was really nice - close to a parking hall (not that expensive) and great views to the sea and walking at the dock. Room was big and perfect for 3 adults for a short visit. Hotel had a sauna in the 4th floor with amazing views. Breakfast was normal hotel breakfast and the dinner was fine.

Room for the breakfast and dinner was way too small for such a big hotel and for so many people. Even if there were another room available further away (which is not convenient). Breakfast felt like being in the zoom... The hotel should also really consider how many emails they send for one visit - we got more than ten emails! Who wants to read emails on a holiday even if there is a possibility for electronic check-in and out...?

The room was very clean and cozy, excellent beds for sleeping. The dinner buffet was good, the breakfast buffet even better and more varied! The hotel is located in a quiet area by the water, with nice views of the port from the hotel restaurant (and likely also from some rooms, not applicable to us). Highly recommended if you're in the area, very good value for money considering the dinner and breakfast buffets!

The city and the area felt pretty... dead -- but that is by no means the hotel's fault! Can't think of anything that was wrong with the hotel.

Location near to town and ferry, great views, good walks from town. Warm and clean and excellent service. Great food, one of the best breakfasts we have had. They also made us fish and vegetarian dishes for dinner and a packed breakfast as we had to leave early. Lovely place and highly recommended. Staff were very helpful.

Nothing at all

The property was well located with a beautiful view from the dining room. Staff were great, helpful and happy from reception to dining. The room was large and the bed was comfortable.

It didn’t really feel like a 4 star hotel- but could have been the room I booked. There was no kettle to make tea or coffee in the room- but it’s is available 24/7 at reception. There was some noise at night which you could hear from the room. Overall I would stay again.

The location was great, right on the waters edge with great views. Just a short walk to shops and restaurants. The room was a good size with a very good bathroom. Evening meal, which was included in the price, was buffet style with a decent choice, breakfast also had a great choice.

Everything was good

Seems like we’ve been lucky with a refurbished room. Breakfast was nice but lacked a bit a fruits option. The room for the breakfast can be quite crowded, especially on weekends. We had the dinner buffet once, it was very nice (we were a bit skeptical judging from the previous comments but that was a good surprise)

Bathroom is outdated

Room was nice and clean, the food was tasty and well presented with enough to go around, The place we were working on was a 2 minute walk away. the only down side was that none of my party had time to use the gym sauna facilities.

Excellent location close to city centre and transportation. Beautiful layout by the water. Great gym and wonderful sauna with a fantastic view over the city harbour. Nice coffee places nearby. Friendly&helpful staff.

Too short of a time for breakfast and evening meal. Get rid of C19 restrictions.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We got an upgrade because of a faulty door lock. Dinner and breakfast was included in the price which was a bargain.

Our room was upgraded to the one with seaview. It was great! A vary spacious and comfortable room! Sauna at the hotel was amazing. We also liked breakfasts, fika and dinners. Cannot complain, would definitely stay there again!
