Fantastic beds, great mountainview and very luxury breakfast. Hotel is located directly near the city center and has good free parking.

Personnel didn't give out any information about the option to park for free in their garage or info about breakfast the next day. We were handed the keycard and that's that. On checkout we had to wait 15 minutes because there was no one at the reception. There was a sign in norwegian that said to call a number for someone to come down, but we don't speak norwegian, nor could we reach the number.

We were at night not so hot but it is impossible to sleep with the window closed - it is still hot because the curtains are closed because the nights are very short in the summer and we didn't want to wake up early at sunrise. Noise from the road also returned a bit, even though we got a room on the top floor

Staff were extra friendly. Breakfast options were massive and so delicious... Please pass on my compliments to the chef. The small, basic room was actually quite large. It felt more like an Airbnb with its own person touch of a bookshelf, couch and tv in a separate room to the bedroom, etc. And, it was all at a low price.

Nothing, it was a perfect stay.

I went to the restaurant at 8:45pm and they said they could not serve me because the restaurant stopped serving at 9pm. I asked could a take away be prepared but the chef said no to the waitress… do I had to go find food elsewhere! This is bad business and not good service!

Convenient location from the bus station( on the highway and thus can be a bit noisy if you want peace), good breakfast, pleasant staff, clean room, and well-heated and well-lighted bathroom. Overall a pleasant experience.

We met Peter in the reception when we checked in, he was so nice, he was welcoming, smiling, and he gave the best customer support. The girls that where working the day after was also so nice, and i have only positive things to say! The bed was good, the food was good, and it was nice and clean. Thank you for a amazing weekend! ☺️

The location made for nice river access for walking. The reception staff switched our room for us when we discovered that the bathroom was not cleaned in our first room. We enjoyed the retro elevator!! Delightful breakfast.

The breakfast : very huge and diversified. The spa also. The room was clean.

The staff didn't say when we booked in that we have access to the jacouzzi or the hour of oppening. We found that ourself.

The hotel was very comfortable. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast with incredibly wide range of choices.

Nothing really. If I was being very picky, the bedroom hallway carpets are worn and probably need replacing but that shouldn’t detract from staying at a great hotel.

Good and central location. Even the budget room was quite spacious, but a bit worn out as expected.

Breakfast was running out of foods and breads already 45min before closing.
