nice and clean. view was amazing

overall very nice place. just that we were reaching at hotel very early morning around 4 and I requested check in during that time. First information I got with a bit reluctantly that yea ok we will try. later on I got a bit late due to snow and all of a sudden I got a message from hotel at booking.com that your accommodation is cancelled. I already had paid it and I couldn’t understand. then I had to call them to sort it out. In conclusion staff can be a bit more polite and accommodating.

This was a lovely place to stay after flying in. We walked from the airport, very doable walk with packs on. Easy to find, staff were so helpful, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. For us the best part was the AMAZING breakfast that was provided!! Sooo many food options, including some Norwegian things that I hadn’t had the chance to taste yet. We couldn’t get enough!! Thank you so much for the nice stay Scandic Bodo :)

Great staff, very helpful from the moment of the reservation till the our very late check-in after a midnight. Breakfast perfect, various and very tasty. Also lot of vegetables and fruits. I highly appreciate that even though we stayed just for a night, the staff remembered my food allergies and there were a plenty tasty food also for me to be choosen from. In addition, we got a bigger room as we ordered (on the first floor, just to not disturb other guest during our late check-in....) The view to the sea from the room via big window was breathtaking.

Excellent location, superb double room with sufficient ammenaties, excellent WiFi coverage in the room, the fact that you could open the window for fresh air is always appreciated, great breakfast buffet, free coffee in the lobby, helpful and friendly staff

Very poor parking options, and unclear parking lots marking, which led to us getting a parking fine although we honestly paid for the parking. The double room did not have a double bed but a twin bed. This is very annoying for couples

asked for twin room , had to split beds no bar or evening food at hotel only sister hotel a 5 minute walk. Great rooftop restaurant at the sister hotel .

Nice looking and spacious room, friendly staff.

The view was to a wall/another building. The contecting door was troublesome to open. The restaurant was very dark with little daylight.

Kettle in the room would be great, but since you have hot water available any moment in the hall, that's just a plus

The location is right in the middle of the city, two blocks from the bus stations. It had a good range of options for breakfast. The concierge was able to assist us in booking a taxi service to visit the maelstrom and help with the details.

Large and modern room with view on the bay. We were lucky enough to see northern lights from the room ! Good breakfast included with plenty of choice. Easy parking in the street, free at night and on sundays.

No cappucino for breakfast.

I appreciate the way the staff handled the complaints after no sleep the first night, they gave me a very nice, quiet and with nice harbour sight
