Absolutely stunning setting, amazing golf courses, wonderful helpful staff. Can't be beaten for its location and scenery. Our apartment was very spacious with two huge bedrooms and bathrooms. Well well-equipped kitchen and the washing machine and dryer were a bonus.

When we checked in we were told that the apartment wouldn't be serviced for the duration of our 3-night stay and offered a $25 per night reduction in cost. This was a bit of a surprise for a luxury resort - I would have preferred the clean towels and a quick vacuum and rubbish taken than the small price reduction. Whilst lovely and large, the apartment lacked some of the comforts that you'd expect from a resort of this calibre. There was no air-conditioning or fan so in the middle of summer there was no airflow so the apartment was hot and stuffy. Also, no block-out blinds but a shutter that let light in very early in the mornings. We would have loved some Fever Tree tonic and more exciting Kiwi snacks in the mini bar. The health club was looking tired and spas were out of order.

I was delighted with the hotel's location. It was remarkably quiet, providing a peaceful atmosphere that made my stay even more enjoyable. The restaurants was a culinary delight. The food was not only delicious but also well-presented, leaving a lasting impression on my taste buds. I must commend your staff for their exceptional hospitality. Every member of your team was warm, welcoming, and eager to assist, which truly enhanced my overall experience. The entire property is a true gem. Its beauty and comfort made me feel right at home throughout my stay, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the decor and amenities. The only suggestion I would like to offer is the addition of an elevator, as it would further enhance the accessibility and convenience of your establishment. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at your hotel. I look forward to returning in the future

The restaurants onsite we excellent. The staff were amazing and very responsive. The facilities at the resort are great and you can keep yourself busy when not playing golf. The rooms were are a great size and very clean. The entrance to the deluxe studios could do with an upgrade of the carpet, hut rooms themselves were comfortable and clean. The resort is a doable walk to town but there are some hills on the way, there is however a 24/7 shuttle to and from town which was a fantastic service.

Always a special treat, Millbrook is a beautiful world away. From the moment one drives onto the property, the care and hospitality Millbrook is known for surrounds its guests. Graceful tree-lined drives, timeless architecture and historic buildings, well-prepared and welcoming staff (with genuine, gracious smiles), fresh garden-grown and delicious food choices in a range of restaurants, spacious clean lovely and well-appointed rooms, mature park-like landscaping, and a meandering brook throughout the property make the whole experience inviting and restorative. When the world around you is just a little too much, and you're looking to indulge yourselves in the perfect getaway, Millbrook is an ideal R&R destination.

The apartment we stayed in was decorated beautifully, we had French doors that opened onto a little court yard that overlooked the golf course. It was stunning. The apartment had lovely touches too, automatic sensor light for the bathroom and below ground heating meaning the floor tiles were warm 😊 We stayed here at the end of our trip, we appreciated the convenience of a full kitchen as we wanted a home cooked meal after eating out most of the time.

We really loved our 4 day stay at Millbrook, it's so gorgeous and relaxing. You have several restaurants to choose from and make sure you book. The studio room was nice and big and the bed was comfortable. Make sure that you book The Millhouse for dinner and we recommend the Carte Blanche but make sure that you have an appetite! The food and staff were amazing thank you.

It would be nice to have had an air conditioner for those hot summer nights but they did give us a fan which really helped. We left windows open to get some of the night air in as it cooled down. I tried to book massages for us 3 months before we stayed but they were already booked up so make sure that you book well in advance! We completely understand though the staff shortages in the whole area, especially just after New Year's when we were there.

Pillows too hard. Got a replacement one on the last night but still not great

The location of the unit. I didn’t realise that the unit had no open view until I got there. I was looking forward to sitting in the sun in the afternoons and looking at the view. I tried to rebook a specific unit on specific dates for next April so was not able to be guaranteed that I would get what I had asked for. Therefore I didn’t confirm the reservation. Too much money for not enough certainty of getting what I required.

Fabulous suite, wonderful tasty breakfast. Really appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine for our wedding anniversary & I also ordered a cake to be made for my husbands birthday which was also in the room when we arrived. It was delicious & so beautiful!! I can honestly say everything from the second we arrived until the second we left was truly amazing. Also a very nice touch was the complimentary transport into Queenstown & Arrowtown. A spectacular stay & we can’t wait to rebook.

Stunning location, beautiful property to explore on family walks and bike ride, plush room, lots of space for the kids to play, warm, comfortable, furniture and beds were super comfortable, decor was lovely and matched the beautiful landscape and feel of the history of the resort, staff were very friendly and helped to the best of their ability at all times. Facilities like the pool and hot pools and fireside drinks looked incredible - we didn’t partake as much as we could have as we had limited time, but we went and looked at it all - fabulous!

The noise of the water running from suites above woke us up when people filled and emptied their bath at 5am - very loud! The signs around the property during construction often contradicted each other and staff didn’t always send us to the correct place as they were confused too - tricky being lost and unsure where everything was in the rain.

Location - Away from the busyness of Queenstown Grounds - Exceptionally beautiful scenery Staff - Very friendly and welcoming The Spa - The massage and facial Lucy offered was absolutely amazing!

Club hire fee required to be paid each time a game was played - We stayed for a week so this became quite expensive We were not told there was a washing machine - We stumbled across this ourselves Breakfast buffet is very expensive for what is provided!
