The room was great. The bathroom is exceptional - if I could have taken the shower home with me I would. Love the deep bath (however I little difficult to get out of). I have never been in a hotel room (specifically the bathroom) this clean. I loved the new bar and I think the general areas are good.
With the works going on the stairs to the new bar were a little difficult as there was no banister - my Mum struggled here. Also, we were disappointed that there were swimming lessons in the pool on a Saturday, the only time my Mum and I had to use the facilities they were not available to us.

The staff was very friendly and competent. The restaurant was great - much better than the last time I was there. I did ask and was told that they have a new chef and I must say this improvement was noted. My best regards to the chef.
The bathrooms are a bit dated. I would much appreciate a walk-in shower as opposed to taking a shower in the bathtub. If a renovation takes place, this would be my first suggestion for improvement.

The price is quite high for the location. Prices in the restaurant are not justified, especially for drinks. The location is very remote, with not much to do around it, but you can ride to Rotterdam

I did expected more for the breakfast. Lunch was very good.
The bathtube was too slippery. And for the first time in my hotel experience, the maids come to ask me when i am leaving the hotel??? So that if i want to let my bedroom be cleaned i want to tell them the time because they are not working the whole day.

Very big luxury rooms with en suite bathroom with big ath and shower. Kettle and coffee machine in room. Real big and good breakfast choice. Very very very good bed !
Had booked rooms with breakfast but on arrival only super early and super late breakfast slots available. Had only 45 minutes for what we wanted to jave a nice long family bkfast. We understand this is for limitations against covid but we had to get up sôôoo early on a sunday morning.

One older age male staff was a bit rude but the rest of the staff and even cleaners were exceptional. So it will be a 5 star for me all around ..
