The staff is wonderful and contributes successfully to that 'holiday feeling'. We felt like the staff (at reception) welcomed us very nicely and helped us with any requests we had (extended check out so we could enjoy the wellness center, have a room on a higher floor for better views and more). Reception staff provided us the luxury service that makes a holiday feel like a nice break away from all daily stresses. 10/10 for the staff! The food is incredible We enjoyed an evening dinner on our day of arrival and were blown away by how amazing the food quality was. It really felt like a culinary experience for a good price/quality ratio (high value for money). Staff was really nice and didn't disrupt us, yet showed up within mere moments every time we needed a refill / service. Really amazing! The next day we enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which provided lots of different delicious treats (from savoury to sweet, options were countless). 10/10 for the food.

2 mattresses + gap The only thing that comes to mind are the beds. My partner and I tend to cuddle when sleeping, but unfortunately the double bed consisted of two separate mattresses. This meant there was a gap between us, which was slightly less comfortable for sleeping together. 7/10 for the bed. Sauna did not get very hot The sauna in the wellness center was not very warm. I would estimate the temperature to have been around 27-32 degrees Celcius. If you're looking to warm up comfortably, it's great! You likely won't sweat in this sauna. 4/10 for the sauna.

This was a great choice for our short trip to Dordrecht. The room was very nice! Spacious, bright, clean and quiet. And a great view! Bathroom was large and bathtube was super. Breakfast was super, something for everyone. I especially liked that you can order the omelette the way you like, the selection of smoothies, granolas and availability of fresh ginger and mint for your tea! And we loved the pool and sauna, on 14th floor with great view! We will come back for sure

The breakfast and restaurant as a whole were spectacular! The room was very spacious and could well be a family room with comfort for at least 5 people! The pool was delightful, clean, calm, superb!

Perhaps a bigger play area for the kids, although the one in the hotel is one of the best I've seen x More family Rooms available.

Since the infamous slinky accident of 2018-andahalf, I thought i'd hung up my rainbow-colored slinky for good... But seeing the amount of stairs all the way up to our room on the 11th floor, temptation got the better of me and I decided to have a go ONE LAST TIME for all my fallen slinkycompadres (my their souls rest eternal spiraling bliss). Reaching the speed of a mach 3 weatherballoon, my slinky lit up the stairs with all the colors of the rainbow and even created a couple more never before witnessed by human eyes. The splendor of this raw and absolute slinky power brought so many tears to my eyes my body wasn't able to function properly anymore and as my my slinky's journey ended on the groundlevel, its shuddering force made me lose consciousness. I woke up the next morning in a daze with no sign of my slinky. I later realized its speed must have created a wormhole to another dimension. May it rain 5-dimensional rainbows there forever. Anyway our room was nice an spacious with big comfy beds, a great view, big shower and bathtub. 10/10

Everything was ok but not as it should be, mostly because of the restrictions due to covid.

The communication with reception didn't work good. I had problem with my window which I could not open, but to change my room became little bit complicated, so I didn't change and been in the same room in 3 weeks. I asked for late check out which had been accepted, but the housekeeping knocked the door two times and later they just opened the door when I was almost naken despite I had told reception to inform housekeeping. I have been in this hotel, 2014, it worked much better, but there was no Covid problem.

staff is very kind - the rooms are big and clean. we stayed here twice. the bathroom is so spacious and nice! free parking was great!

no other restaurants close by we were there 2 nights and would have preferred another option the 2nd night

Beautifully designed hotel, very comfortable beds, spacious rooms, very clean, great breakfast selection and friendly and professional staff. The gym, pool and sauna were also great to have, although small, but great anyway. Gym equipment is up to date and clean. Probably the best hotel I’ve been to in Europe. Highly recommended :)

Was a proper posh hotel and I would love to return for longer

It was not close to public transport. The cab driver they called for me ripped me off!
