Amazing Riad! I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to visit Marrakech, and I would also recommend booking your airport transfer through this hotel as well. This place was in excellent location, was super clean, the breakfast was different everyday and out of this world, it was super quiet in the Riad but the most importantly, the staff were exceptional. Both Abdo and Aziz were fantastic and went above and beyond during our stay, but all the staff were super friendly at all times. This place was a lot safer than most hotels around the area and was absolutely stunning inside. The courtyard was super tranquil, the rooms were very modern and clean and also very spacious. Don’t hesitate in booking this riad if you are looking to stay in the heart of Marrakech and the Medina. And again, thank you to Abdo, Aziz and all the other staff members at this accommodation who made our stay comfortable and special. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Nothing, the place was amazing and we can’t fault it in the slightest.

What can I say! Simply a 7-stars hospitality run by a small Riad. The place is exceptionally comfortable and spotless clean. Abdul and Aziz have made our stay unforgettable. These guys know what they are doing and hospitality runs in their blood. The most authentic and best stay I have ever had. For those who complained about the location, it took us literally a day to know the area well and go out and back easily. If I ever come back to Marrakech this will definitely be my go to place. The roof is amazingly relaxing, breakfast is super delicious, bed very comfortable. Dear Abdul and Aziz, I will never forget you guys. Thanks for everything. You have been amazing and I truly loved your place

Staff was amazing, all guys that are working were very polite and helpful. Even though it’s in the center of Medina, it wasn’t noisy. It’s within 4-5 min from main squere. They organized 3 day/2 nights Merzouga tour for us which was great and they kept our luggage there even though that we checked out. Breakfast was wonderful and lots of options. I would definately recommend this place

Due to the fact that it’s very quiet, if there are people in the lobby, you can hear them talking/eating, but this is normal for Riads (we stayed in couple of them so far). This definately didn’t affect our overall experience

Fantastic location right in the heart of the Medina. A peaceful little oasis away from hustle and bustle. Great breakfast each morning, we were filled up and ready to explore the city. Helpful and friendly staff. The room was clean, fresh towels provided each day. Lovely rooftop terrace. I did think our room had a private terrace or balcony but this wasn’t the case (not a problem, but just to be aware). Can order drinks including beer and wine and sit on the roof terrace or have them in your room. There is also a lovely little rooftop cafe next door. Transfer booked via Riad which was great as I think we would have struggled to find the exact location without it. We had a ground floor bedroom and were worried about noise but it wasn’t a problem, I would take earplugs if you are a light sleeper though. Just be aware that there is no door on the bathroom so depending on where you stand in the bedroom you can see right onto the toilet and into the shower. Would definitely recommend choosing to stay here when visiting Marrakech!

Impeccable from start to finish, the staff are helpful and welcoming and go above and beyond EVERY time. They assisted with booking restaurants, decorated our suite for my birthday and were just perfect in every way. We will be returning to here again. Location is GREAT and a really short walk to everything.

Have no issues with the space, if I had to think of an "issue" I'd say the wifi was a bit slow at times but in hindsight I'm quite happy it was as it kept us off our phones more and to actually enjoy the experience

Perfect location, amazing friendly staff. Breakfast were excellent, our trips organised by Abdou the manager of the riad were brilliant. Loved every minute of our stay would go back there any day. We had a cookery experience organised by Abdou to a sister riad (baba Ali )which was amazing got a trip to the market to buy our goods and went back to the riad to make a chicken and lemon Tagine plus salads just perfect thank you to the manager there and his excellent chef she taught us how to make a tagine properly thank you :)

nothing just perfect...

The staff were very friendly especially Abdul who was knowledgeable about the city and gave helpful tips. The location was fantastic, just around the corner from the spice market. The Riad itself was stunning with a modern touch. The rooftop terrace was really peaceful and inviting. The beds were really comfortable and the linen was lovely! The entire ambient was very good.

Only a little niggle hence the 9 stars and not 10, the shower in our suite needs a little updating and I would recommend earplugs as our bed was quite close to the corridor that looks out onto the breakfast area on the ground floor. Our suite only had windows that opened onto the corridor, so the only fresh air that was able to come through was from the open roof of the riad.

Lovely property with very helpful staff in a good location. Room very clean; Breakfast was excellent and brought up to the roof terrace for us. Nice to have a hot tub on the roof for relaxing in.

A door on the bathroom would have been nice; particularly if you are travelling with a friend not partner. If you want views of the city from the terrace the walls are too high which was a bit of a shame as I’ve stayed in Riads with fabulous sunrise views over the city from their roof but the plus side of this is that you have privacy in the hot tub. I personally would eat out for dinner than eat in the riad; it was beautifully presented and they tried hard but it wasn’t for us.

The staff were exceptional: Abdou's welcome and suggestions for activities, Aziz's friendly conversations, and another colleague's oversight of the arrangements for our departure. This traditional riad is in a wonderful location at the heart of the medina and within walking distance of all the key sites within the ramparts. The excellent breakfasts varied each day and provided a very good preparation for a day's sightseeing. We enjoyed a wonderful evening meal (with good Moroccan wine), chosen from the wide menu.

Having to leave!

The property is beautiful, and a short walk from Jemaa El Fnaa Square. It is down several windy alleys in the Medina, but we were able to learn our way there fairly quickly. They offered us a driver to bring us from our previous hotel in the Ourika Valley into Marrakech and then a porter to help bring our luggage from the square to the hotel, which made finding the hotel and checking in much easier, this cost about $65 but we felt was worth it, it was also cheaper than the ride offered by the Ourika Valley hotel. When we checked in, Abdou at the front desk gave us his WhatsApp contact info and a helpful map of the medina and was generally very welcoming. The room was clean and air-conditioned, they cleaned it and gave us fresh towels each day of our stay. There was a basket of fruit and a big water bottle in our room when we checked in, which was also a nice touch. The breakfast was basically the same each morning, and it was served to us at a table rather than a buffet, but the food was delicious. Cafes in Marrakech open pretty late, so if you want to get out and see the city early, the hotel breakfast is really the only option.

When we checked out we asked for a porter to help bring our luggage out to the square to help us get a taxi to the train station, but they forgot what time we had asked for and the porter was very late. Abdou at the front desk, clearly felt bad about the mistake and he helped bring our bags out into the medina so we could meet up with the porter quicker. However, realizing that we were in a hurry, the porter physically blocked our cab until we paid him more of a tip. This was not an uncommon experience for Morocco in general, but did not feel good coming from such a nice hotel.
