Lunch and dinner food , location, views , service . We had a heatwave so extra bonus . The pools although cold but it is March one was dirty . Gardens are beautiful, waitors are so good but seem to work long hours and run off there feet . Jacuzzi outside wasn't on but there is a drought! Small fridge in room , bonus . We were in Z9 . They sell alcohol even in Ramadan but alot cheaper in Marrakesh. Carfour didn't sell alcohol but Champion market had large selection and lovely whites for under £5 . We like the bottle La Cuvee du Terroir . You must show him your passport and you can buy as much as you want . Car is essential, once you are out of Marrakesh it's a doddle but not for the faint hearted in Marrakesh. Jezzz . !!

Breakfast buffet could be better . Usual Continental which no good for people on keto / carnivore. Flys on the breakfast . No smart TV . Wifi kept dropping out . No dressing gowns and towels were like cardboard. Room smelt funny and very dark as us girls love light to get ready in . The riad area we stayed in was quite until prayers around 5 am then cockerels start , then sparrows start and I mean 20 or more inside the riad so very noisy.

If you are looking for a place out of the city where you can relax and enjoy the nature, this is a hotel I totally recommend. It’s just 15 min away from the city center of Marrakech and there is a shuttle that brings you there. Furthermore the staff were friendly and nice to us. We also appreciated the flexibility. We travelled with a baby and the hotel staff provided us dinner at 5:30 instead of 8 pm which is the normal time. Overal good experience!

Everything was great, only 1 minor thing is the unleashed dogs of other guests, hotel staff tried to help with this issue

The room was big and had great views of the pool. The bathroom was also spacious and had a bath tub. You need to let the water run for some time to get warm but then it works great. The breakfast had good choice of different breads and pancakes, fruit and cereal, some olives and eggs. Some yogurts would be nice as a healthier option. Coffee machine was also very appreciated. The staff was very nice and I think this is what made our stay. Everyone was nice and willing to help. They were arranging taxis for us daily and helped us with things we needed. The pools were nice to look at but quite cold to swim in and the jacuzzi is also a cold water jacuzzi. We didn't try the spa offered at the hotel, partially because we didn't have time but also because the prices are very similar to those in the UK so it did not feel as if we were missing out. The location is great if you are looking to be out of town, the hotel also offers free shuttles to town in the morning. Taxis to town cost 150 dir or roughly 15 euros one way. We didn't mind paying for taxis, but we had an issue with one of the tours we had booked to do, they wouldn't pick us up because of how far the place was. However, another tour did so I guess depends on the activity. Might be worth checking that out before.

We didn't sleep well 2 nights because of other guests making noise late at night in the riad we stayed. I think the hotel needs to have a stricter policy around noise and what is acceptable and to inform the customers about it or to have some signs at least. It was not pleasant being kept up when on holiday especially as we chose to stay out of town to have quietness and calm.

The best place in marrakesh, the perfect place to rest and not be in the middle of La medina. 3 pools, good food, the taxi to go to the center is not expensive and they have a transport service for free in the morning and the afternoon. The people who work there is friendly and kind, they make you feel like home. And the relationship price quality is excellent, i was 15 days in morocco and i went twice there ( i even try in a different hotel and i decide to come back here)

Nothing is wrong there

The quietness and the wonderful sun terrace. The room decor was Marocain style which was lovely. The all inclusive is great - you can choose from the à la carte menu. The best dishes were the Marocain ones - which were very tasty. The European dishes were not so good but OK. The breakfasts were Morocain style continental and we were very happy - there was so much to eat and plenty of choice. The grounds were beautiful - although being January, it was too cold to use the pools, they were still lovely to sit and look at.

The bathroom was fine for us, but anyone with reduced mobility would struggle - as there is a fixed shower screen on the bath, so it makes it difficult to get in for a shower. The staff were very helpful and friendly - but the service was sometimes a bit amateurish.

Big green territory, well maintained. Comfy beds. Free shuttle to the town on given hours and normally on time.

Poor lights i the bathroom, leaking flush in the toilet which has never been repaired during the stay despite we've reported it to the reception. Breakfast could have been better too, incl. coffee quality.

I LOVED this holiday. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was beautifully prepared, delicious and very cost effective. The location was amazing as you get the culture and peacefulness of Morocco but only 15mins away from the hustle and bustle of the town. The hotel team always negotiated taxi prices for us and always ensured we could get to and back from our day adventures. I enjoyed an amazing spa afternoon at the hotel as-well; which included a traditional Moroccan beauty methods and treatments. We also met some lovely people at the hotel; the other guests were so friendly and welcoming. My 5 year old made friends with the other kids and with the staff at the hotel who were amazing with him. I would highly recommend and I will be returning!

Would have loved to have used the jacuzzi and the outside bar- but it was also extremely hot so probably wasn’t necessarily needed

Great gardens, two big pools (length about 20m), beautiful buildings with the guest rooms and excellent food. Everything perfect matched with the landscape. The staff organized all kind of transportation (airport transfers, taxi to Marrakesh, private drivers for tours - everything on time and cheaper then when you book it through some travel agents in Marrakesh. Ideal place to stay for 3-5 (after spending 2 days in old town of Marrakesh) days including one all day excursion (maybe to Ouarzazate). You have to book FB, there is no any restaurant around.

Sometimes (or on some places) problems with internet (slow) and (sometimes) long waiting time in restaurant.

L'Oliveraie de l'Atlas exceeded our expectations : ) It is a like a tropical oasis of relaxation. Nickolas and all the staff are so helpful and kind. The facilities are kept immaculately. The food and wine is all delicious. Could not fault this place. We chose the all inclusive option and it was incredible value for money. We also had a massage in the spa which was so relaxing. There is also a gorgeous aroma from the orange blossom which we will miss We wish we had stayed for longer. Thank you again to everyone for making our stay wonderful! Would highly highly recommend.
