The staff was friendly. They tried there best to help us and also did help.

The water wasnt coming in full fledge. Also there was no hot water coming, i complaint to the hotel staff regarding this but they said it will come. which eventually didnt come at all. Imagine at the month of december bathing with ice water. 😪 The room heater wasnt working properly. The hotel staff said that it will work give it time but even after 4-5 hours of checkin, the room wasnt warm still😪. Thankful to the hotel staff atleast they provided us with heater. 😊 Some how manage to survive the night.

It's a good hotel for a short stay. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the breakfast was classic, and I liked it. I also want to mention that it was an excellent stay for this price and location!

I didn't have hot water in the evening, and the wifi was slow.

The hotel is really in a privileged location; the cleaning girls are amazing; The breakfast staff are very helpful and really do their job with dedication.

There is an elevator and we were staying on the second floor, climbing four flights of stairs, yet the staff did not feel comfortable showing you where the elevator was and whether you could use it or not; Due to our mistake, we arrived early in the morning. The employee was very kind in opening the door for us and letting us stay in the hotel lobby. On the other hand, she didn't quickly offer us a Clean room, she called that it wasn't there yet after 4:00 hours after my husband asked if there was already a clean room and she said yes and asked why we didn't ask before, we we stayed there for 4:00 hours in front of it.

Staff - ladies are very helpful and kind. Value for money! Just a little bit far from the City Centre, but in good weather you can reach by walking to center. I liked breakfast, especially, porridge ❤

The hotel was quite nice, especially because it is budget friendly. Breakfast waa great - more choice than I expecteed. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. What made the stay wonderful was the people. The receptionists were friendly, helpful, and professional. One of the receptionists, Olga, went out of her way to help guests. She was always happy to help with recommendations, directions, and advice. I really enjoyed my stay.

The only thing I didn't like was that the wifi was unstable. It made it hard to work in the hotel.

It's almost central, it has a big bath tube, value for price is perfect.

Humidity after bath, because no ventilation in bathroom. Or i didn t noticed it. It's a 3 star hotel not 4. But it's ok.

Polite and professional receptionist. Very nice central location. There was snow outside during our stay, but indoors of this hotel it was very warm and comfy. There was breakfast in the morning which was a lovely bonus I didn't expect. And actualy in that small breakfast area there was a lot of choice. Is Spanish resorts they would spread the same amout of food to a size of a football pitch to make you walk miles to find your scones and jam. But in this lovely hotel everything was right there in front of you and you can have your plate filled without walking anywhere. Very happy.

The hotel Is very central. Is easy to get by foot any part of the city center. The rooms are very small and have no very good sound proof. You can here people talking and is worse at night. If you get a room in the middle is a guarantee you can her absolutely everything from both sides of the room. 😁 Crazy experience. Mattress on the bed was as hard as to sleep with out it 😂 But all other things are good. As very friendly staff and good breakfast. Clean and tightly hotel.

Reception staff were very helpful with everything we needed. The room was spacious, bright, and clean. Breakfast was also good, with a basic variety of products. The hotel can also prepare a breakfast box in case you leave early. Hotel's location is about 2km from the main square. Parking spots in front of the hotel are not many, but you can find other spots on the same street.

The only drawback was that our pillows were not very comfy.

The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The location is pretty central, so we had no troubles getting around the city. When we asked to upgrade our twin room to an apartment, we received it the next morning, which was nice. The apartment is huge, clean, and spacious. It was quiet in there, which we appreciated a lot. The aircon in the apartment was working great, even though the space is huge. The breakfast was great. We will definitely stay here next time we're in Chisinau.

In the twin room, the air was stuffy, and aircon nor open window weren't much of help. Unfortunately, everything that our neighbours were doing we heard as if it was happening in our own room (toilet flushing, shower, somebody else's sex, etc), including at night, so we left the aircon as a source of 'white noise', otherwise we were unable to sleep.
