Very kind staff, clean and comfortable rooms, quiet location about 15 min walk to the malecon. Felt very secure. Keep your expectations in check: this is a very low key and moderate inn located in an old mansion, maybe comparable to a pension in Europe. Note there are 2 floors and no elevator. Good air con in the room and reliable hot water in the shower. There is access to the Gulf of Mexico across the street, the water is clean and warm for swimming: water shoes are recommended.

Very friendly welcome, large room with good AC, good bed. Good and fast privat clothes service/washing. Good price/service relation. Free coffee during the day. Nice and clean pool. Very quiet neighborhood. Beach just over the street

Employees do need much more training in the breakfast service. Breakfast in general could be much improved. Too little beverage offer in the evening. No wines available, just beer.

The building was beautiful, food and service excellent. close to the beach and a fun bar-restaurant across the street on the beach. walking distance to the Malecon with all of the shops and fun. Netflix was my sons favorite part of the hotel after no TV at the others. Safe parking and pretty pool.

The bathroom shower entrance flooded a bit and none of the rooms faced the ocean.

Breakfast was quite skimpy - cereal, toast, pastries. Not much selection but OK.

Very nice building and facilities in front of the beach. About 1 km away from the center, with a nice little swimming pool to cool down in. Deckchairs around and very good breakfast and sandwiches available.

The room we got was a bit bare, no frills or decoration. But the super high ceilings and 2 double beds and the wonderful water pressure in the shower were great.

It was quiet. The ac worked great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Most of staff spoke broken english. Plenty of outside seating.

The coffee machine by check in did not offer some of the available options. The beds were too firm.

Beautiful place but the room decoration could get a good refresh and get some art!! It's accross a noisy bar and a bit away from the Progresso Malecon. Very nice pool, excellent breakfast and coffee!

Very nice and spacious rooms with big ceilings. The city center can be reached in a 15min walk, the beach is just across the street. There are some private parking spaces available behind the hotel. We liked the fast wifi!

Great location at a great value. The facilities were very nice. The staff was very good, friendly and attentive.

Beautiful mansion converted to hotel. It is located in a quiet area and steps from the beach. The staff is friendly and accommodating

The mattress was a bit soft for my liking but the bed and bathroom linens were new and changed regularly.
