Hotel Arenas Del Mar Resort

We loved the friendliness and flexibility of the staff. Manager was also very helpful and willing to meet our needs. Our suite was pretty big compared to other suites we have stayed before. There was a little zinc, microwave and refrigerator which was very convenient since we had our toddler with us. Also, there's no rail in the balcony just pure concrete that it's a plus for our baby's safety. The parking lot is very secure as there's a guard 24 hrs a day. Ordering food to the room was a breeze and food was amazing and well presented, prices were accessible too. Despite the resort being a little pricey for the features that offers, we enjoyed our stay way too much, we'll definitely stay there again.

I did not like that our sandals were stolen while we were having some fun at the beach. You wouldn't expect your belongings to be stolen specially since the resort's beach is private! We reported this incident to management and were told that there's nothing they can do for us other than see if someone just took our sandals by mistake and turns them in to the front desk. Very disappointing situation. So, watch out for your belongings, although when in vacations this should be the last thing one should be worried about!

We were upgraded at no expense due to construction going on. Suite we were moved to was wonderful. Staff was great, restaurant was wonderful. Right on the beach.

I've booked a surprise trip for my sister's 40th and her family, they all had a ball, restaurant manager was absolutely an angel ver sorting out dinner for everyone, thank you ever so much for all your help!

Food was definitely overpriced, not that child friendly.

Breakfast was really really good. We had such a wonderful time. Music, Pools, beach, food, staff…. Our kids had one of their best times here. So yes I do recommend this place!! You won’t regret it!!

Mix drinks. We didn’t like them at all… so we decided just to have beers.

Excellent location, friendly staff, fish tacos were incredible. Great resort in what seems to be the middle of nowhere. Beautiful beaches too. Couldn’t be happier. Staff was also aware of COVID safety concerns and provided all necessary precautions when checking in.
