I only stayed one night. I arrived late at midnight. I liked the installations, cleanliness and style. The service was good in the interactions I had with receptionist, elevator personnel and maintenance. Good location, it is near the city center and border.
My room had the shower faucets upside down so I thought I didn't have hot water, I called the front desk and they told me to leave the water on. I wasted a lot of time and finally someone from maintenance told me to turn on the cold water faucet. I suggest to fix it or at least have a sign.

This hotel exceeded my expectations by far! I would recommend it to anyone the staff was great extremely nice and helpful. The staff here made us feel like family and it felt a little like home because of that. We felt very comfortable from the moment we walked in. The male receptionist during the day is the best person there! Extremely sweet and helpful! No doubt when I go back to Nogales I will be staying here for sure. The whole staff in general is great. Valet is also awesome! And the cleanliness and rooms are great! Slept very comfortable also! 💤

I liked the location and the friendly staff.
The hotel has a 40s vintage human operated elevator. Sometimes, even though you press the button, you have to wait 5 minutes for the elevator because the operator is busy doing other tasks before he can return to elevator operations. We were on the 7th floor, and once being frustrated, I just took the stairs all the way down to ground level.

I was there for medical procedures and it was as comfortable as I expected. it was clean and quiet. I did not get to look around or enjoy being there.
Several times my key did not open my door and I had to go down 7 floors to get it reprogrammed. When I wanted to take the elevator I had to wait for an elevator attendant to run the elevator but the attendants where always friendly and upbeat. The room did not have extra toilet paper.

It was a very nice stay in Mexico when I had dental work. Very clean and exceptional condition for the area. It was a nice place to stay and come back to after walking around seeing some of the local poverty.

We really like and enjoy Fray de Niza, always friendly personnel, very clean, excellent food.
We were disturbed around 1a.m. with very rude and loud door knocking by "another guest" mistakenly. My husband answered and "lady" kept yelling someone else name until I screamed back at her. She left.
