The staff was exceptional from check in to check out, very kind and accommodating. The breakfast, which is included with your stay, was beyond any hotel breakfast I’ve ever had that’s included. The service at breakfast was exceptional and the food was too. Some have complained that the rooms are small, and they are but it Is plenty of room, you’re not in your room very much, and the balcony opening up to the Malecón is gorgeous. Don’t mess the rooftop pool and view of the sunset.

That non-guests can access the rooftop and take up all the space leaving guests with no place to sit.

The location is in front of the beach, you can see the waves hitting the rocks from your window. The breakfast in the morning is good & it's staff is very nice and helpful. I'll stay here again! You also have El Centro Historico @ a walking distance, plus many other restaurants and shops.

A older building...the elevator takes time to go up and down, also it's a small space if you have more than 2 persons inside the elevator. But not a big deal, just a inconvenience if you're in a hurry.

Had doubts at first but I couldn’t ask for a better room it overlooked the ocean had a balcony where we sat in the afternoon overlooking the Malecón breakfast was great different every day can’t put so much in the response but I will recommend this place to all my family and friends enjoyed the stay will come back next year Thanks to all of the employees there they were very helpful way above and beyond just perfect and I am very picky about everything will recommend to everyone

All tv channels in Spanish...lots of anglophone guests here prob merits some English language options

The breakfast, that was included was great, included with the price of the room, great value waiters were great, the best.

The parking was small, but they help parking the cars ,that was great, the roof the pool,the bar, the best view ,the price of the room was less than the sona dorada are ,will be back,

The location was excellent - walking distance to the cathedral, market, restaurants, plaza with all the night life, music and entertainment. Excellent service in the hotel, very friendly

The pillows were hard, but I got used to it. - just a minor thing compared with all the positive side of the trip. I highly recommend the hotel and the location - away from busy Zona Dorada

We had a maid, Lili, who cleaned the room perfectly, when we went for breakfast every day. Always giving us clean towels, bottle of water and toiletries when needed. I have been to the hotel 3 times beginning in April. But this was the best experience we have had with housekeeping. Thanks Lilly

Pool needs a ladder. I didn’t use the pool because not easily accessible for older adults.

breakfast was great! we also really enjoyed sunsets on the rooftop. the bar makes really good drinks. also, very close to the old town where all the good restaurants are.

our first room was dirty when we arrived so we had to switch rooms.

Freeman is an institution in Mazatlan. It’s one of the tallest buildings in Olas Atlas so it provides a wonderful view of the town and the beach & malecon. I love its location as well since it’s so close to the central historical area and it is steps from the beach. They serve the best buffet breakfast. I had chilaquiles everyday and it’s one of my most favorite food that I’ve had in Mexico. But best of all is the welcoming and friendly, super helpful staff. They’re the reason people stay in this hotel ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

Breakfast was absolutely delicious! The location was perfect, close to el malecón and el centenario. Personally I really liked that it was close to everything, but away from the main noisy area of the malecón. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room had a balcón where I had a beautiful view.

The size of the bedroom was very small. The bathroom was fine
