Great value and location. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy check-in and check-out. Decent-sized, clean room. Comfortable beds. Nice bathroom and shower. The room looked like it had been remodeled in the last few years. The floor was a grey faux wood, and the bathroom had a tiled shower and respectable sink counter. Our 9th floor room looked over the street below and the Plaza Fundadores. Fast elevators. Parking is free in the garage next to the hotel. We only stayed one night, so we did not see any of the other amenities, nor did we eat in the restaurant. I would stay here again.

It was a little difficult to find as it's tucked between cafes and stores along an outdoor mall strip (of sorts). The Wi-Fi was weak.

Convenient to all shopping. Everything is walking distance to hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The cleaning people were very nice and did a great job cleaning. The service people were just as great. The young man they have is super cool. He was very helpful and was always happy to assist. Pablo. Always made sure I was well attended when I ordered food from the restaurant. Food is as very delicious.

Besides the great service I receive the second would be the location.

Location was comfortable as is in front of a place with several options for breakfast, meals and dinner, room had a great view and was clean, parking service was for free, also the restaurant was good in service and fair price.

Rooms are great, there´s not much to improve, rooms with view to the Fundadores place are a bit noisey, but that´s for the restaurants and bars nearby, I still liked the place and would stay again :)

Great place to stay while in San Luis. So easy to get to all the stores . All walking distance to your hotel. The staff are just as great. The waiters are nice and friendly and happy to assist you day or evening. Pablo was very helpful while I was there. Alway cheerful and ready ro assist.

Not much except my vacation time had ended.

Everything is excellent, clean, great view, nice staff, great parking, it's not luxury but doesn't need to be, you feel like you pay half what it's worth

The bathroom screen was a bit heavy and it came open not by bit when I showered, but since the room has heating, it was a minor inconvenience, internet is decent but not amazing

The location is great, very central and our 6th floor room had a great view over the town and churches. The room was very comfortable and a good size. The air conditioning was efficient and you could also open the window if you wanted fresh air. The bathroom had good supplies and both hand towels, bath towels and bath mat, which many hotels don't seem to give you. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and sanitizing measures were visible throughout the hotel and at each lift. The swimming area was closed for health reasons.

There was construction outside of the room where they appear to be building a parking lot - obviously not the fault of the hotel, and it didn't go on late, but if you were hoping for an afternoon nap it would have been difficult. Just something to be aware of! The carpet in our room was a little stained.

is starting to look old and there was a death cockroach in the bathroom, when I requested to clean they just pick it up I thought they would come with all the tools for cleaning but maybe that’s ok

There was a small cafe in the hotel building. It was handy for coffee and a light breakfast before heading to the airport. The location was excellent near restaurants and the main plaza. The price was quite reasonable considering the hotel's location. Reception personnel were helpful and called a taxi for us to go to the airport.

The view from our window was quite ordinary, nothing special, just commercial buildings. I would stay here again.

The view is as advertised, excellent. They were able to put me on the top floor by request, though not able to get one facing the city center. Changed me to the room next door when the AC was broken and there wasn't a desk chair.

Not the cleanest place. A little dingy. Staff don't speak English and make little effort to work through the language barrier with my broken Spanish.

the service, the smiling employees at front desk, housekeeping and food and beverages; all of them top of the line.
