Very good location, close to the beach, restaurants, shops, street-food etc. We had 2 rooms, both clean, every-day cleaning, towels changed every day, bedsheet every other day. Hot water and nice water-pressure, toilets get clogged very easily.
Room was humid and mold on walls. Loud music from 6 pm -1 am from nearby nightclub. Ceiling fans were not working.

low water pressure. bedside lights didn’t work. bathroom sink tap needed fixing. disco kitty corner at East Hotel blasts music until 2-3 am. can hear in hotel. no night attendant. couple arrived while I was coming in at 950 pm and nobody there to check in. they went to hotel next door.

Good location with coffee shop and many restaurants, a park across the street, Biciplaya rental bike station nearby.
The hotel across the street began a nightclub on their rooftop, blaring out loud music all night; my complaints to the police did not solve this problem. Perhaps other people will complain and this can be resolved. The hotel had a problem with water pressure while I was there. The staff was working to fix this when my stay ended.
