The location was in a residential area next to great restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was a great feature allowing us to cool off from the heat of the day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Central location made everything on the island easily accessible. The view from the panoramic windows and terraces were awesome. Isla Mujeres is a charming place to stay. The Gomar golf cart rentals are a must! Visit Kin Ha for a day of food, drinks, and water fun! The food truck next to the building had some of the best food that we encountered!

There could be a little more attention to detail. Floors could be cleaner. Their appearance was clean, but left residue on bare feet. The air conditioning needs proper service. The bedroom units each failed to cool on different nights. The staff got one working when we reported the problem. The next night, our last, the other unit failed to cool the room. The rule list stated a small limit on electric use, which was not in the original agreement. Not enough to cover the cooling of the apartment. Fortunately, we were not charged for going over the limit.

The location is not so convenient if you don’t have you own wheels. I expected it to be easy to flag down a taxi at the street, but outside the tourist area it’s not. WiFi was down for most of our stay.

Nice clean place, huge beds, big windows, pharmacy just a block away, grocery store closeby, easy golf cart parking, fresh water that we didn't expect, very welcoming and responsive staff. Even texted me when there was a concern for ferry not coming due to weather, very sweet of them.

Stairs, some noise from the road but not too bad with the closed windows, an AC in the kitchen or dining area would be nice, some more cups and pans would have been great, location is not the greatest but we knew it was a bit far from playa norte so rented a golf cart, and the benefit of that location was actually being in a much quieter part of the island. Also pool was a bit too cold for us.

Everything was excellent, Sebastian and Lina were very kind and easy going. Can't wait to be back some day!

Enough space for 3 or 4 people! Loved the view! We also got a free water dispenser which was really nice!

everything was clean when we arrived, the only thing that bothered us a little bit was that the floor apparently was cleaned with something that made it slippery, we could not go barefoot on the floor, it made our feet dirty and “slimy”. other than that we really enjoyed our stay. they should just cut the cleaner and take pure water plus vinegar or lime essence for floor cleaning and everything is perfect!

I liked that there is a grill next to the pool for guests to use.

That there was no garbage bags in the room, and the brown dog that barks at guests.

Very large, comfy beds and air con. Great to have a pool. Great to have a garrafon and able to buy another. Not too noisy.

Had to wash up some of the cutlery and crockery before use as they were still dirty. Is in the middle of the island which is good in terms of able to see everything though not so great for restaurants. The taco truck next door is pretty good though!

the large beds in each room were super comfy and the showers were great pressure and stayed hot, nice and spacious with a great view.

The noise from the road in the front bedroom is pretty bad, would recommend ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. slightly unclear arrival instructions and no drinking water. bit of a trek from the nonexclusive beaches and restaurants etc.

Everything was great. Location was 10 min with the bus to the north beach and the area as super nice, quite and a bit more local.

We stayed for 3 days it was very quiet place everything was clean and comfortable. We do recommend the location. We had a small dog with us and that wasn't a problem. Host was very helpful.
