This place is much better than any prison I have visited!! The concrete-focused design is, of course, depressing. But if one is willing to overlook that, the hotel has it all. Good location, easy walk to the boat terminal and to the museum, about 15 minutes by car to the airport, I think ADO bus station is also walkable. Several places to eat nearby. The room was very clean, comfy bed, fast wifi. The room and the shower good size. Friendly staff, drinking water available in the lobby. No problems at all.

I personally like that this hotel is right within town and is easily accessible to stores, pharmacy etc. The lady At the receptionist desk was nice and the guy with the nails was also nice. I have to rate this establishment 9 out of 10. Except for what I stated I didn't like.. I will have to visit that beach when I go back. Thanks..

I didn't like the fact that my room wasn't painted but it had that smell as if it was just renovated..

The breakfast with coffee was a nice touch to start the morning. The reception staff were helpful at all times.

The room looked much better in the pictures. We were surprised by the cracks in the wall, the mold under the air conditioner, and the disrepair near the floor in the shower. Actually, when we visited the first time a few years ago the facilities were much nicer looking. They actually looked like the pictures on the internet.

Very comfortable, clean, modern room. It's not luxurious--not a 5 star resort!--but it's more than adequate in terms of comfort. The staff is very pleasant and the location is good. I have stayed at other hotels 2 and 3 star hotels in Chetumal, and for me, this is the best value for the price. I will stay there again.

Chose here instead of Bacalar for convenience for crossing into Belize, and needed some luxury after backpacking for 8 weeks. It was amazing! I hadn't had a duvet and such soft pillows in so long! And the hot shower (which takes a while to arrive) was glorious. Would rate it highly. A colectivo to Bacalar is cheap and convenient. Great staff also who printed off some docs for me. Don't stay anywhere else in Chetumal.

This hotel was fantastic. It is located in an excellent area where you are close to everything. We walked to the Maya museum (5 minutes) and to restaurants nearby (also 5-10 mins). The hotel is really well maintained and the staff are fantastic. We loved our minimalistic room. The AC was wonderful and the hotel was extremely quiet at night which was a huge bonus. We slept very well. Loved our stay!

Property was good! Very safe!! Staff were really friendly and the room was big. Offered bread / pastries in the morning. Room was very clean too

The room had a slightly weird sewage smell and the shower wasn’t ideal but couldn’t complain for the price

Very modern hotel with comfortable beds. A great location, easy walk down to the pier if you are heading on the ferry to Caye Caulker/San Pedro.

Breakfast was quite basic, coffee and pastries. Room did have a new paint smell but I'm sure that will improve
