Kabah Boutique Hotel

Rooms were comfortable if small, staff was friendly, and the free breakfast was very good. We just needed a last minute hotel in Cancun at the end of our trip and it worked fine, but it's not a tourist hotel with amenities.

Rooms were small but it was only a minor issue because we were repacking luggage for our trip home and there wasn't enough space. Larger rooms were available and recommended if you want a little more space. The "pool" is a hot tub on the roof, so that was a bit disappointing. The elevator couldn't be called from the second floor, but you can take the stairs to the bottom and take it up to the upper floors when you're moving luggage. This would not work for wheelchair users, with no ground floor rooms.

5 star hotel customer attention, reception, manager, and cleaning lady went out of their way finding a quieter room, gave me an upgrade with no extra charge, bed was comfortable, clean, had balcony, complimentary breakfast was a standard restaurant order with different kinds of egg combinations, waitress was nice, it was very nice to see their cleaning ladies were well taken care of having restaurant prepared meals chatting and laughing, had gym and small pool though I didn’t use, big supermarket nearby with cafeteria, short ride to Plaza America

was looking for a room not boing white the picture looked light yellow paid more than what I would normally pay but it was white, only the lighting, little over priced for a simple style room. hairdryer had been removed, loud kitchen fan noise in the back where my room originally was from another restaurant downstairs, a building getting a new floor to the side, a nice little park to the other side but weren’t many rooms facing that direction, except supermarket not much around, far from town and beach, didn’t see where the park entrance was

The location was very good! Unfortunately the city has became super expensive, and things such transport and food are high everywhere. Yet, the hotel manage to keep good quality at a good price. Moreover, the staff was extremly kind and helpful and were there to support me in different requests and challenges I had during my trip.

Overall the hotel was great. Except for the gym, quite small, and the elements inside are a little bit old. But if you don't come to the gym, you shouldn't have any problem at all in this place. Of course, the hotel has also no access to the beach, but that is clear from the beginning, so it cant be criticised by it.

Modern hotel with parking and well-located in a good neighborhood that's away from the chaos of the Hotel Zone and the garish gringos that stay there. The rooms are a decent size. The breakfast was very good, big portions, and authentic Mexican food!

Improved signage near the hotel would help guests find the hotel. It's located on a curve, and hard to see as you approach in a car. Also, Google Maps shows the address to be in the wrong place, by a few blocks.

this hotel is amazing! I had come to Cancun for a surgery and they were so accommodating. the beds and pillows were super comfy and they gave me so many pillows (like 8 high end pillows) so I could comfily sit up while I slept while healing from my surgery. room service was great, management was amazing and the Spanish restaurant downstairs was delicious! the room was so affordable too! we got as many waters as we asked for included daily which saved us from making too many trips to the store and the cleaning ladies were very sweet! this is by far the best hotel I have stayed at in Mexico and I have stayed at about 6! there was plenty of hot water, super cute lavender soaps/creams and the room and everything in it was always perfectly spotless and clean as if never used. I would definitely stay here again and missed it when I left for a new hotel because Kabah hotel set my standards so high. the wifi was fast and perfect and breakfast was all morning, included and delicious! it was also made fresh instead of a buffet which we really liked! the rooftop was nice too. I can’t recommend this place enough, it was 10/10!

the pool was cold but we were there on cloudy/rainy days so that might change with the weather :)

This was my second stay in the matter of 10 days. The room this time was fantastic, a corner room with two balconies. The room and hotel were very clean and the air conditioning was fantastic.

The lift was broken and I had to carry luggage up a number of flights of stairs. On site bar/restaurat closed early.

Well located and the rooftop jacuzzi was gorgeous and our room was huge and very comfortable. Breakfast was included and options were decent for the price. The staff were very helpful and accommodating when we needed to make changes to our stay. Overall it was absolutely excellent value for money.

Bit of a smell at times in the room, I imagine due to plumbing issues, not a massive issue but definitely noticeable. Getting the gym equipment to work was a bit hit and miss.

This hotel is in a great location right across the street from Kabah Ecological Park. If you are looking for a hotel closer to the beach or hotel zone, it's probably not the one for you. However, for us, we simply wanted to visit the park and grab some items from the large supermarket across the street. It was great also having two restaurants in the same building.

Location, it wasn't too far from the airport and was near shops. Hotel was clean and the room was a good size and very well equipped.

They insisted on paying a security deposit, I used a debit card and the deposit amount was deducted immediately and took a week to be refunded to my card. This was not due to the hotel but it was an inconvenience.
