Hilton Garden Inn Monterrey Airport

The hotel is very nice. It is close to the airport but really only accessible via taxi, and Uber is not really an option here. I arrived late and left very early so I can’t review much about the hotel. The room was very clean, large shower, and a comfortable bed.

I did feel that the price was a bit high, but the convenience of being so close to the airport is what you really pay for. Since I arrived so late, I had trouble contacting the hotel for a shuttle ride so I had to pay for a taxi. Make sure you have tip money ready.

Of course wonderful position, reacheable on foot from the airport, especially for a stop-over or if you have to visit the norther industrial area. Room spaciuos and very cozy bed. Good restaurant with some mexican specialities. But mainly, because of my weird business schedule, I asked for early check-in and late check-out: they granted both withut any problem! They'd deserve 5 stars only for that.

The breakfast could be a little bit improved

I stayed here overnight to prepare for a 7 AM international flight. The hotel is super convenient. You just walk out the front door and you are at the terminal. The hotel certainly lives up to the positive Hilton reputation.

Quite honestly there was nothing I didn't like. I stayed here previously and there were some problems with the dining room but as Covid has progressed, I think they have their act together. Good dinner.

Very Clean, Very Spacious, Excellent Costumer Service and even though it’s right next to the airport, there isn’t any airplane noise. So one can sleep comfortably.

On someday soon the shuttles don’t run. So if you need to go to the other Terminals located further you need to either walk or get an Uber/ DiDi.

Front desk staff was super nice and friendly. I appreciated strong support during the check in time.

Breakfast selection was not satisfactory although I still enjoyed my breakfast at the dining area. Small room for improvement.

the staff was very friendly especially because I didn’t speak a lot of Spanish they made sure to try and accommodate me more. food was really good and the room was nice especially the bathroom

I speak broken Spanish, so having the front desk staff speak to me in my native language extremely well was very much appreciated. A special thanks to the lady on the front desk on the morning of the 13th of December who together with my broken Spanish and her (better than my Spanish) broken English managed to order exactly what I wanted for room service. next time I fly to Monterrey I will be staying there again.

The staff was very helpful and the double bed room i got was very clean, the green chilaquiles (chicken) were delicious! no issues with absolutely nothing. Except the overpriced water bottle in the restaurant.(glass water should be free)

Is in the heart of the airport, therefore, you do not have to worry about getting transportation to a hotel if you are just staying due to waiting time between flights.

NIce lobby, check in and room, however the restaurant had a lot of issues, low variety and extremely high prices. Boutique hotels provide cheaper food and of way better quality. However it is right next to the airport and it is still a good value for the room price.

The restaurant variety and more down to earth prices. It was cheaper and better to ask for delivered food.
