Fiesta Americana Monterrey Pabellón M.

I came to Monterrey and a friend of mine booked a hotel in the city center and it was not great - it was safe enough but old and worn out and the pool was closed and it was dark inside and I had a full day off in the city and I REALLY wanted to be comfortable in a good hotel with amenities! So I started to search for places that were affordable close by and thank goodness I found Fiesta Americana! I walked right over, booked a room, ate in the AMAZING restaurant, had an INCREDIBLE massage that I badly needed by their OPEN pool area, and then relax in my room with the most spectacular view of the mountains. This hotel is the BEST IN THE CITY CENTER! I stopped by a few others on my day off just to see and Fiesta is the best hands down - best prices, great food, beautiful rooms - it made my day and my whole trip. Don't bother looking anywhere else in City Center Monterrey! And get a MASSAGE while you are there! One of the BEST I have ever had!

Nothing. It was perfect. I literally left a different hotel to go to this hotel. It was everything I needed - great food, great staff, great price, beautiful room and I even got a massage that I really need .

Very clean, lovely room with great view (15th floor) nice staff.

Breakfast at hotel restaurant was quite expensive and no one in restaurant spoke any English so it was hard to figure out options. would have been nice to have coffee more available- in the hallway they had tea and water.

the bathroom that I stayed on the 11th floor, the shows didn’t have privacy at all you would have to get out to the shower to a common open area to grab a towel after showering and get dressed

Very nice view from the restaurant on the 16th floor. The staff so friendly and kind and very supportive to resolve my questions or make suggestions on activities to do in the surrounding area.

This was a wonderful stay. The views from both the room and the public areas are wonderful. So many mountains all around. The room size and the bed were comfortable and definitely a God send as my stay had many rainy days. I would definitely consider this hotel when next in the area.

When you arrive there is no staff. So you have to deal with your luggage up to the lobby as the hotel is in a mall or business like tower.

the gym is too hot. The ventilation at the restaurant is a bit loud.

The location and the view. As I was on a high floor the views from it were beautiful... facing the mountains of Monterrey. I did enjoy the location as well, it was easy to get in and out.

The staff and the facility exceeded my expectations.

The only issue is that we drove in from Texas and the Parking is vey confusing for someone who is not familiar with the parking arrangements for the Hotel. The Hotel clerk should ask you if you would like to leave a credit card open for ancillary room service or dining at the hotel.

I love the hotel, so far we had a good experience. We loved that the location is just on the heart of the city very convenient. we didn't have to move our car to go to santa lucia and museums. And the place smells really good we want to come back soon

Very comfortable room - well furnished, good TV, helpful staff.

Slightly better gym would have made this perfect for me. Perhaps more food choice in the restaurant but the food served was excellent.
