There is no way to express how Nereidas Lofts is the most amazing place in the world!! It is above a 5 star resort in every single way. The entire place is breathtaking and there is no way it could disappoint. It is literally BRAND NEW and the design and decoration of everything is 100% pure luxury- the gorgeous concrete modern construction, the modern upscale appliances and fixtures, all of the furniture, the towels, the bedding, literally everything! It is spotless clean in every way. The staff are also the best in the world- Joel is incredible and ready to help with anything to make sure you are happy and Manuel will make sure you can easily rent all the water sports toys you could ever think of- kite boards. Paddle boards, etc. It is a small 1 block from the beach - probably 30 second walk. The pool is absolutely perfect! The restaurant Mr. Cream is the best- we ate there everyday because it was so good. We were so lucky to meet the owners- they are an incredible family who have put their love, passion and business sense into creating one of the most amazing places in the world for others to enjoy. We are grateful to them for one of the best family vacations and will definitely be back as soon as we can!

This property is very modern and bright. I like the concrete style. We had a sea view room with kitchenette which was nice. it’s a short walk to the sea and local restaurants. it’s also not far to walk to the supermarket. The pool and area is lovely and we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. The restaurant downstairs is perfect for food but it does close at 2pm. the kitchenette has all facilities you would need to cook and also has filter water for drinking.

I’m not sure why but the room was really hot. we have stayed in several hotels/apartment blocks in PVR but this was just so warm. we had the aircon and fan on but it didn’t stay cool. The patio doors made weird cracking and banging sounds all the time especially during the night. the fridge has a very bright light and makes sound all night. it also gets warm which could be adding to temperature in the room. you also have to pay more for cleaning if you want it and you are only allowed to use 25kw of electricity otherwise there is a surcharge. This made us nervous about having the aircon on all the time.

The location is excellent. The ground floor restaurant is very good. The building is new. The swimming pool, loungers and outdoor area are very nice and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable and there is a lot of storage space. We rented the studio without a kitchenette; however, it does have a microwave, a small fridge and a coffee maker.

The only dishes were two coffee cups and two glasses. It would be beneficial to have a couple of plates, bowls and some cutlery. There was nothing to warm up anything in the microwave. There is only one lounge type chair and it is too low to use at the long counter. A couple of stools or chairs would be appreciated.

A very new building and an uncluttered, modern aesthetic make this a fine choice to stay in Bucerias. Everything was brand new, and good quality. One block off the beach, our third-floor room (#6) had a view of the ocean from our balcony. Great location close to many of the best restaurants in town. We enjoyed a very comfortable king-size bed. A large, ground-level pool was big enough for swimming laps, and had just enough greenery in the area to soften the setting and make it inviting. Nice quality toiletries in that bathroom.

The cooking facilities are very limited, at least in our unit. On arrival, the only appliances we found were the 2 element cooktop, a coffee maker, and a small wine fridge. However, upon request, a brand new microwave and blender were delivered the first morning of our stay. The wine fridge is not really big enough to store much food. The building has about 15 units, but there were only 6 or 8 loungers in the pool area. In spite of that, we never did see all the loungers occupied at any one time. Our wifi signal was strong, but the internet connection was flaky. Whether this is Mexico's fault or the building network's is undetermined.

The location is 1 block from the beach and near lots of bars and restaurants. The manager, Marisa, was excellent she responded to our questions promptly before our stay and took care of any small problems immediately while we were there.

There was really nothing that we didn't like. Maybe the kitchen chairs weren't real comfortable but there were lots of throw pillows to put on them.

Very close to a great beach. Yummy restaurant on the first floor. Very helpful and accommodating staff. The pool was super clean and the perfect temperature.

I didn't realize that our rooms wouldn't be cleaned every day. We asked for a cleaning and they accommodated with no issues. There is a lot of construction happening so it's a bit loud.

The apartment is brand new with a lovely bathroom, shower and comfortable bed/living area/kitchen. We also had a small balcony. The pool area is private and very clean. There is a new building being constructed next door which didn't bug us at all but may bug others. I would say that the region is having a construction boom so its hard to get away from anywhere. The checkin person was very nice and super helpful. Location is close to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the centre plaza of Bucerias. Would definitely stay again!

I think we were the first people in the place so they hadn't equipped the kitchen yet but this will of course change!

The clean modern spaces.

There was nowhere in our room to hang a towel to dry. NOWHERE! Also it has a tightly sprung saloon doors to the bathroom that you COULD NOT leave open, really annoying. Modern is cool, but make it user friendly. Oddly sort of a kitchen with no sink???

Our unit was large, clean, included a well equipped small kitchen and had a very nice balcony/view. The pool was a very nice size and warm. Common areas were clean. Location was exceptional.

The best possible location. beautiful new building, great, quiet pool

nothing,, it was great. I overpaid by reserving a giant room for one person at the last minute, but that was on me, not the property!
