The hotel was beautiful, seemed new, everything was nice. The staff was very kind and willing to help. The room was very big, which was nice. I loved a light under the bed that turned on automatically, so to go to the bathroom you didn't need to turn on the light.

You needed to put the card in the entrance for the room to have energy, which was a disadvantage because the weather outside was VERY hot, and when you entered the room it was uncomfortably hot already. The AC didn't went lower than 19C. Sometimes I woke up sweating because of this. Also the curtains were not working right, it had another building in the front so I needed to keep the shades closed, but it always closed the blackout, the option of closing only the screen was not working. The room was very dark, day or night.

The luxury experience at this hotel exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the attentive staff made me feel like a VIP. The room was beautifully decorated, with plush bedding and stunning views of the city. The amenities, such as the spa and fitness center, were top-notch and helped me relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing. What I liked best, however, was the exquisite dining options. The restaurant's innovative menu and impeccable service made every meal a culinary delight.

the room is very spacious and comfortable. the bed was excellent. the location is in a nice area, however you definitely need to take a taxi to go to anyplace.

I didn’t like they breakfast policies… I found it too expensive for what they offer. and also not having clarity on prices.

The value was great. the room was gigantic!

we had breakfast with our room. The buffet was just OK…lacked flavor in the Mexican dishes. Also, masks were to be worn while going to the dining room and while going through the buffet. There were several people who did not abide by the rule and were not told by the servers to please use a mask. They all were foreigners who did not abide the rules which are posted everywhere. I know it is difficult especially with the attitude of many.

great location lots of good restaurants within a block

the bar next to the hotel starts blasting music at 11pm and goes till 4 am. not good always get a room away from the street side. They need to do something about the noise or it will drive away business.

Everything was great, the room was very big, comfort, clean, with fantastic view. Food from restaurant / service room is also delicious. The hotel is located in business area with good and fancy restaurants, safe surrounding.

At breakfast a bread and similar products such crossains are dry and hard (old). But this is something we have met in different hotels in Mexico so I guess is normal. And there is no Nutella (but of course this i less important :))

the place is very modern and clean. the rooms have everything you could need and the room service is great

The room I had was near perfect . Comfort, spaciousness, soundproofing. Room service was quick and efficient. The bathroom was clean and spacious, water pressure was excellent.

A little pricey

it had luxury elements like the automated shades.

the shower floor tile looked a bit dingy and the plumbing fixtures looked like low quality

Love the location right at Punto Sao Paulo

Car parking is paid by the customer, the hotel has provides a 50% discount as benefit. I have paid 100 pesos per day for my car to stayed parked overnight. Breakfast is just okay! In fact I have decided not taking it and look for some other places in the area.
