We loved our room, it was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was so delicious. The coffee and guava water were amazing, we really enjoyed them. Also all the personnel was very sweet!

The only thing we didn't like was that we were so far from everything. We had to walk awhile to get the bus. The closest restaurant was a Birria place. Ate there and that was enough for our trip.

The desk personnel were friendly and helpful upon arrival. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was enjoyable. Offering free shuttle to the airport was the service that made my choice.

The cafe protocal was confusing for non-Spanish speaker. Push the button for service was foreign to me. The female server passed my table 5 times without looking at me, offering a smile or speaking. I got up and left.

Convenient location, friendly staff including airport shuttle driver, great complimentary breakfast too.

Noisy housekeeping staff in the morning, could interfere if trying to sleep in also noisy early morning departing guests, rooms aren’t very sound proof. Front desk staff didn’t speak much English for non Spanish speaking guests, makes it hard to get directions to airport shuttle pick up

about a mile from the airport and our parking garage where we leave our car. Good location to stay overnight to catch an early flight out of Guadalajara.

Not enough parking in the secure garage next door for the hotel to park our car. was able to squeeze our van into a tight spot out front of the hotel. There was a secure guard on duty so that did put us at ease that our car and belonging would be safe over night!

Hotel is newly built, very modern and clean. Free airport shuttle (you have to call them from the airport to order it). They have snacks available 24h/7 (cereal, milk, coffee, tea, cookies). The buffet breakfast included hot meals (scrambled eggs, refried beans, chilaquiles), as well as cold ones (toast, ham, cheeses, fruit, yogurts, granola, cereal).

Me and my girlfriend stayed for a night while we were exploring some areas around Guadalajara hotel was clean no complaints there we enjoyed our stay we arrived and had dinner in there restaurant in the hotel food was delicious we were able to store our luggage while we were out and enjoying the city then gave us a shuttle to the airport

I appreciate the rooms were very cleaned. But upon opening the door, the rooms smelled strongly of cleaning products, like Fabuloso, and we could not open the windows or have some ventilation to let the room air out. But again, it was very comforting to know they are cleaning.

Great service! Very close to Guadalajara's airport about 10 minutes 15 in traffic. Rooms very clean, comfortable beds and very nice clean bathroom. Would totally stay here again and highly recommend as well.

I was there for only one night. I have nothing bad to say, everything was great!

location is great because the airport is around 5 minutes away. Didn’t get to try the continental breakfast but they have cereal and coffee 24/7 which is amazing. Their shuttle also runs 24/7 which was such a huge help for our family.

the property looks to be under remodeling or it’s new. but the style is pretty cool all black. the breakfast was pretty good.

the airport transportation took pretty long. there were a. lot waiting for a ride and we had to wait 20 min.
